Class Description
Abs Express: 15-min focused solely on the core muscles. A great way to round out any workout!
Bikini Zone: 30-min of lower body sculpting cardio, followed by 30-min of core work to tone the abs, buns, and thighs just in time for bathing suit season!
Body Sculpt:

A strengthening workout that focuses equal time on upper body, lower body, and abdominal work using free weights, resistance bands, etc. to tone and strengthen the entire body.

Boot Camp:

A Military-style Boot Camp class complete with a drill sergeant type instructor, basic calisthenics, and running. There will be progressive exercises but come ready to do push-ups, sit-ups and running drills.
Butts & Guts: A 45-min class incorporating a mix of exercises to tone those glutes and sculpt a shapely set of legs. This class takes ab training to another level through standing and mat based training!
Cardio Chisel: A total body workout combining strength training and fat burning cardio. A variety of equipment and floor exercises will be used to burn fat and build muscle. Great for all fitness levels!
Cardio Combo: A 60-min heart-pounding cardio mix! There won’t be a dull moment as Sue Combines step aerobics with cardio kickboxing and wraps it up with an ab strengthening workout!
Cardio Kickboxing: Looking for a total body workout that totally kicks butt? How about a way to increase stamina, flexibility, and strength? Kickboxing combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning.
Core Step: A 40-min step routine that’s fun, challenging, and ads a bit of a cardio punch! Class includes a structured ab session that focuses on form and proper alignment.
H.I.T. This is an intense cardio workout using elements from the sport fighting world. Burn calories, relieve stress, and have fun in this class!
Just My Ride: A 60-min cruising class that will keep your heart rate in a fat burning zone with rolling hills and rhythmic jogs. This highly instructive class will teach beginners everything they need to know and keep more experienced spinners wheeling along at their own personal choice of resistance.
Kettlebells: This class combines endurance, strength, and flexibility into one fitness solution. Used by Russian Special Forces for centuries, these “cannon balls with handles” hit the U.S. in 2001 and their incredible results are sweeping the country!
Low n' Loaded A fun and energizing "head to toe" workout, combining both cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Low-impact and suitable for all ages/levels!
PACE: People with Arthritis Can Exercise. Developed by the Arthritis Foundation, this class is free to members and open to the public for $1 per class. It helps individuals with arthritis increase flexibility, restore muscular strength, and improve posture.
Pilates: A core conditioning class emphasizing abdominal strength, stabilization and posture. Small apparatus such as the Pilates circle, Physioball, and Thera Band may be used.
Pilates for Posture: Suitable for all levels, appropriate for those with arthritis and/or dealing with back discomfort.
Pilates Sculpt: Strengthen the entire body with an emphasis on core conditioning. Weights and Pilates circles will be used to further challenge the body and target muscle groups!
Power Half Hour: A 30-min workout focusing on the core while incorporating plyometrics and some packed cardio moves!
Spinning: The original Johnny G cycling program with adaptable resistance; allowing individuals of any fitness level to participate in this low-impact, yet intense workout. All levels welcome!
Sports Circuit: If you’re looking to be more explosive, agile, and quicker then this class is for you! Chad utilizes plyometrics, speed, and agility drills in a group setting.
Step: Looking for a great cardio workout? This is the class for you! Use hi-low combos guaranteed to get your heart rate pumping while moving to the music of your favorite artists!
Step & Sculpt: Step aerobics integrated with concentrated sculpting. This class wraps up with ab work and stretching.
Strength for Life: A specially designed strength training class developed by a physical therapist. This class will improve strength, posture, balance and endurance. Appropriate for all levels including those with arthritis and/or osteoporosis.
Total Body Ball: A 60-min class dedicated to strengthening the stability muscles of your core. This class will help flatten your stomach, improve your posture, and decrease lower back pain utilizing stability balls, hand weights, and body resistance.
Yoga: A beginner-friendly style of yoga. This class uses posture and breath to emphasize the fitness aspects of yoga, providing you with an incredible workout. All levels!
Zen Butts & Guts: Strength and tone your core while clearing your mind. This 45-min class uses a combination of yoga and Pilates to tone those troublesome below the belt areas while quieting your mind. You won’t even know you’re working out!
Zumba: A fusion of Latin music and dance moves. Aerobic interval training maximizes caloric output, fat burning, and total body training.
