Club Wide Toy Drive - Help Make A Child's Christmas Special

Bristol Total Fitness and Seekonk Total Fitness are teaming up with Bristol Good Neighbors. These clubs will be collecting donations of unwrapped gifts for kids and teenagers.

Swansea Total Fitness and Dartmouth Total Fitness will have Giving Trees for DARE Family Service and New Bedford Child & Family Services. Please consider picking a name off of our giving tree and gifting that child their desired gift.

Holiday Spin Off 

Join Total Fitness Instructors Julie, Julia and Donna for this specialty class to raise funds for the Katie Brienzo Memorial Fund/M.O L.I.F.E., Inc. This non-profit organization is dedicated to helping individuals with developmental disabilities. They support and are committed to enhancing their lives in the areas of career development, housing and community inclusion. Fundraiser is open to the public with a suggestion donation of $10. TRX Suspension Training with Adriana Ferns

Break out from your old routine and join Adriana for this 8-week program. TRX is a form of suspension training used to perform total body workouts with exercises that engage your core, while using your own bodyweight for resistance. Adriana will use TRX to take your resistance training to a new level through functional and dynamic movements, perfect for any age and any fitness level. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Tuff Conditioning with Adriana Ferns

This 8-week program is designed to prepare participants for obstacle races. Adriana's workouts will consist of running with body weight exercises including plyometrics, agility and basic strength. Do you enjoy intense workouts, the camaraderie of group training or are you trying to get off a plateau? This is the workout for you! All ages and fitness levels welcome. (min. 3 max. 10 participants)

N-Spire Fit with Julie Fostin

Are you in need of some fitness N-Spiration? Join Julie for this 6-week group training that will motivate you to achieve your health and wellness goals. She will challenge you with interval workouts with a variety of equipment to improve your strength and cardiovascular fitness. Enjoy working out with fellow participants to push you to the next level of fitness. Program will include a: fitness assessment, weigh-in at the beginning and end of program along with a weekly email with fit tips and recipes. Julie will N-Spire you to believe fitness is fun! Total Fitness for Women with Stacia Abdow

Total Fitness for Women is an 8-week group-training program under the supervision of our certified personal trainer, Stacia Abdow. The program is for women of all fitness levels who have a desire to be the best they can possibly be. Learn how to make your workouts more effective with workouts tailored to your needs and goals. Accountability and support from your trainer and group will help you reach your goals. Stacia will provide each participant with written workouts to follow outside training times, nutrition guidance for pre and post workout meals, and measurements to keep your progress on track. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Rock Your Resolution with Stacia Abdow

Stacia’s weight-loss challenge is an 8-week program to keep participants accountable to their New Year's Resolutions. The workout will be designed to be high intensity interval training. X-Training Plus with James Simmons

This 8-week program is built around the strength and cardiovascular conditioning aspect to building muscle, gaining strength and burning fat. A co-ed program for anyone looking to improve his or her overall fitness and to be pushed out of their comfort zone. Workouts will include many different types of equipment like kettle bells, plyometric boxes, sandbags, rowers, battle ropes and much more. Weekly fitness and nutrition tips will be provided. Resolution Jumpstart with Tammy Wilde

Join Tammy for this 5-week program that will help boost your metabolism for the upcoming season. H.I.I.T. Fit with Lizzie Newton

Make an intense change to your current fitness routine by joining Lizzie for this 6-week high intensity interval (H.I.I.T.) group training program that will give you a full-body workout along with improving your cardiovascular endurance. Woman of Steel with Walter Medeiros

Join this 8-week progressive strength-training program for women focusing on all aspects of fitness including: cardiovascular & muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition. Old School Body Building with Tammy Kappes

We're taking it back! Way back old school style! Join Tammy for this 8-week group training that will build lean muscle and increase strength. Workouts will consist of progressive resistance exercises to develop musculature. Equipment will include: weight room machines, barbells, free weights and much more. There will be weekly weigh-ins along with body fat testing on the first and last week of the training. Tammy will give you the knowledge of how to effectively and safely train your body. Weight Loss Clinic with Walter Medeiros

Participants will undertake an 8-week long program that will combine personalized dietary guidelines for each individual along with a weekly group training session which will help build camaraderie amongst participants which will help you overcome many obstacles. Also included, weekly weigh-ins followed by a “group therapy” session to ultimately lose as much weight safely as well as to allow for the greatest amount of success to keep the weight off. (min. 3 max. 12 participants)

Members that Inspire Us


 

Steven Micheletti has been a member of Bristol Total Fitness since November of 2015. He has been working with Personal Trainer, Will Lemieux 2-3 times per week. Steven has lost weight and improved his flexibility. He lends his success to his consistency stating that “A lot of a little adds up to a lot”. Having lived in thirteen different states, Steven has been a member of quite a few gyms. He says, “BTF is truly one of the warmest and most dedicated to its members." Congratulations Steven! You are someone who proves that consistency plus dedication equals success!

 

Beth Correia has been a member at Swansea Total Fitness since February 2016. She works out four times a week with weights, circuit machines and trains with Abby Cabral. Since joining the gym, she has lost 35 pounds. Beth says she feels great like a new person. She encourages others not to get discouraged if they don’t see results right away, but to keep working and the results will come. Beth chose SWTF over other gyms in the area because the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. She says, "If you are doing something wrong the trainers will approach you and correct your form. It feels like family.” Great job Beth! Keep up the hard work!

 

Alyssa DaSilva has been a member of Seekonk Total Fitness since 2014. You can find her killing it in the gym at least four times a week. Playing soccer is a big part of Alyssa’s life, however after a soccer injury to her knee, she’s had 4 surgeries. Alyssa’s biggest motivation for working out is to become in even better shape than she was before her surgeries. She says, her favorite things about SKTF is the amazing staff, protein shakes, and of course the famous leg room! Alyssa really wants to get all of her leg strength back, which is a major part of why she is so dedicated. Way to go Alyssa, keep up the great work!

 

Jeanie Sullivan has been a member of Dartmouth Total Fitness since April 2010! She is a Jane of all trades in the gym, participating in everything from weight training, boot camp, spin classes, and tabata. Jeanie is an insulin dependent diabetic who credits her good health management and glucose levels to her commitment to making fitness a constant part of her life. Her advice to others is not to be too hard on yourself and do the best you can! Jeanie says, “She loves he atmosphere at DTF and appreciate the staff for being friendly, helpful, and always keeping the gym so clean. A lot of us call one another our Gym Family.” Congratulations Jeanie!
