Push yourself to heights you never thought possible. Join Dave for this 8-week group training where nothing is off limits. Functional Pilates with Erin Ward

This 8-week training uses a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by Joseph Pilates. Erin will incorporate modern exercise principles, and apply proven and accepted practices in biomechanics, rehabilitation, and athletic performance enhancement by combining Pilates Reformer and TRX, a best of both worlds to get a total body workout that will keep your core engaged the whole time. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Holiday Hold Down with Adriana Ferns

Dreading all the holiday foods? Adriana is making it her mission to get you on the right path and keep your goals on track. Primal Suspension with Adriana Ferns

If you’ve been looking for core and lean muscles this 6-week group training is for you. Workouts are a combination of TRX and primal movements. What are primal movements you might ask? Squatting, crawling rolling and more. These type of movements are the new way to get your core in the best shapes it’s ever been in. Adriana will be giving you new tools for a fresh enhanced workout that will leave you sweaty and excited for more. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Winter Dash Training with Adriana Ferns

Whether you want to run obstacle course races or just have a body that looks like you do, this training is for you! During this 6-week group training, Adriana will train you to move your body through the outdoor terrain. Run, leap, push, pull and crawl your way through obstacles, as you prepare for the BoldrDash 5k on March 18th (optional). Meal plans will be provided if needed and bi-weekly weigh-ins will be provided upon request. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Total Fitness for Women with Stacia Abdow

Total Fitness for Women is an 8-week group-training program under the supervision of our certified personal trainer, Stacia Abdow. The program is for women of all fitness levels who have a desire to be the best they can possibly be. Learn how to make your workouts more effective with workouts tailored to your needs and goals. Accountability and support from your trainer and group will help you reach your goals. Stacia will provide each participant with written workouts to follow outside training times, nutrition guidance for pre and post workout meals, and measurements to keep your progress on track. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Rock Your Resolution with Stacia Abdow

X-Training Plus with James SimmonsThis 8-week program is built around the strength and cardiovascular conditioning aspect to building muscle, gaining strength and burning fat. Workouts will include many different types of equipment like kettlebells, plyometric boxes, sandbags, rowers, battle ropes and much more. Weekly fitness and nutrition tips will be provided. Woman of Steel with Walter Medeiros

Join this 8-week progressive strength-training program for women focusing on all aspects of fitness including cardiovascular & muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition. Participants will enjoy the camaraderie of working with a group in a fun and encouraging atmosphere to achieve results. Workouts will consist of weight, balance and flexibility training with cardio intervals to focus on core strength. All fitness levels welcome. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Weight Loss Clinic with Walter Medeiros

Participants will undertake a 10-week long program that will combine personalized dietary guidelines for each individual along with a weekly group training session which will help build camaraderie amongst participants which will help you overcome many obstacles. Also included, weekly weigh-ins followed by a “group therapy” session to ultimately lose as much weight safely as well as to allow for the greatest amount of success to keep the weight off.

Members that Inspire Us


Pamela Sampson joined Bristol Total Fitness in October 2016. Over the past thirteen months, she has lost a total of 120 pounds! Pam has gone from having difficulty walking to exercising for an hour and a half to two hours per day. She has eliminated diabetes and is in a much healthier place because of this lifestyle change. Pam says, “Don’t take fitness for granted. It’s difficult to get back once it’s gone.” Pam works out with a trainer, Will, and she enjoys the challenge that the session’s offer- they keep her motivated and have significantly increased her physical abilities as well. Pam’s journey is an inspiration to us all! Congratulations!
Chip Sousa joined Swansea Total Fitness in December of 2016. Over the last year, Chip has lost an astounding 185 pounds. He starts his workouts with heavy weight lifting because muscle is so important for overall strength and body composition, then does cardio, to stay the fat burning zone for ultimate results. “It’s not a hobby, it’s a lifestyle” is what Chip told us and he definitely lives up to that. In addition to hitting the gym six days a week, he says that diet is 99% of his success. Staying disciplined to your program is the only way to stay on track. Chip says it’s been nothing but a great experience at SWTF because of the great staff. Congrats Chip!
Finn Martel joined Seekonk Total Fitness in August 2014. He’s been into fitness since Junior High where he began lifting and playing football. Finn lifted regularly with his older brother and his friends. His motivation to be in great shape brings him into the gym as much as possible. Finn is a firefighter and needs to stay fit in order to do his job effectively. His daily goals are staying focused and wanting to be the best version of his healthiest self. Finn’s constant drive is derived from wanting to set a healthy example for his young daughter. Thanks to the babysitting room at SKTF he is able to work out and have his daughter nearby.
Branden Lincoln joined Dartmouth Total Fitness in December of 2015. He recently started training with personal trainer James Simmons and really enjoys the Muay Thai style training. Branden has lost 30 lbs which is an incredible testimony of his dedication to fitness. His philosophy is clean eating above everything – with the occasional splurge of course. When thinking about his fitness journey, Branden reminds himself that success is found by “Seeking the uncomfortable”. Branden finds Dartmouth Total Fitness to be clean with the best staff and trainers! Thanks for being a loyal member! Congratulations on your continued success!
