TFC's Fitness Challenge is a 10-week health and fitness competition aimed at building a healthier you! Teams from each club compete against each other to shed pounds and body fat with the help of personal trainers/coaches. Teams are scored on Gym attendance, Food Journal, Group Exercise class attendance, Weight Loss % and Team Challenge attendance. Past participants of our Fitness Challenges have ranged in age from 17-70 and have acheived an average weight loss of 13-14% (as much as 50-60 pounds).

 

The Fitnesss Challenge includes:2010 Summer Fitness Challenge 1

  • 10 Personal Training Sessions
  • 10 Group Exercise Workouts
  • 6 Team Challenges (Initital 1 mile fit test, Volleyball, Kickball, Boot Camp Class, Final fit test 5k Walk/Run)
  • Food Journal that your team coach will review and
    make nutritional recommendations for your success
  • Awards Banquet to recognize winning team and top challengers

 

Cost: $599 ($549 for repeat Challengers).
