Check back in Spring 2011 for the Next Fitness Challenge TFC's Fitness Challenge is a 10-week health and fitness competition aimed at building a healthier you! Teams from each club compete against each other to shed pounds and body fat with the help of personal trainers/coaches. Teams are scored on Gym attendance, Food Journal, Group Exercise class attendance, Weight Loss % and Team Challenge attendance. Past participants of our Fitness Challenges have ranged in age from 17-70 and have acheived an average weight loss of 13-14% (as much as 50-60 pounds).
Fall Fitness Challenge, September 12 - November 19, 2010
Congratulations to everyone who participated in the 2010 Fall Fitness Challenge Sept! Your hard work and dedication resulted in a combined total of 784 lbs. lost and an average fitness improvement of 20.63%!!! All participants should be proud of their accomplishments!!! Awesome Job!
