Group Power Launch

Make 2014 your year with Frankie's 4 week program! Bring clean eating and hard work to the post holiday table. Let cardio and weight training help you with your new year's resolution.

Fitness Revival with Dawn Casella 

Are you sick of going through the circuit #1-10 every week? Do you want to do more but think group classes will be too much for you? Do you enjoy working out with others of the same fitness level as you? Have you been away for a while and need a jump start? Fitness Revival is designed to step up your workout by incorporating basic strength training and cardiovascular training. Nutrition and proper stretching technique will also be incorporated into the 6 week training program. This class will guide you through the steps to get to the next level of fitness. Group training is designed as a more affordable way to get the training you need to progress your workout safely.

Bodacious Bodies with Dawn Casella

This 8 week group training workshop will take you through a progressive workout that teach you exercises that will hit all the spots that we ladies want to focus on. Dawn Casella will show you exercises to help lift, shape and tone your body like you never have before. Dawn's program will focus on exercises that sculpt arms, defines legs, back, tighten abs, lift your butt and chest. Sorry fellas this workshop is ladies only.

Pilates Revival with Dawn Casella

This six-week workshop is for those who want to either get back into Pilates or hone their Pilates practice. Basic Pilates principals will be used to strengthen muscles, improve balance and increase overall health & wellness. This workshop is perfect for clients rehabilitating injuries or the client who wants to ease into a workout program.

Total Fitness for Women is an 8-week group training program under the supervision of our certified personal trainer, Erin Ward. The program is for women of all fitness levels who have a desire to be the best they can possibly be. Learn how to make your workouts more effective with workouts tailored to your needs and goals. Accountability and support from you trainer and group will help you reach your goals. Erin will provide each participant with written workouts to follow outside training times, nutrition guidance for pre and post workout meals, and biweekly weigh ins and measurements to keep your progress on track.

Golf Fitness Evaluation and Training with Jodi Garie

Jodi Garie, a Titleist Certified Fitness Instructor, will perform a 90 Minute personalized golf fitness evaluation and design training programs. This is for individuals who are ready to transform their body while improving golf game performance and overall conditioning. Whatever your physical activity concerns are, Jodi's goal is to improve your current fitness level by creating a regimen of simple drills and exercises for you!

10 Week Weight Loss Challenge with Kevin Levesque

This program is designed to help everyone start their New Year off on the right note. Kevin Levesque will coach you through 10 weeks to keep you accountable, motivated and focused on your weight loss goals. The challenge includes: Weekly one on one personal training session, one group training  session, meal plan, progressive exercise regiment, weekly weigh-ins and two nutrition education sessions.

Total Fitness for Women with Tammy Wilde

Sue's New Year, New You Weight Loss Challenge

An 8-week weight loss challenge for the new year designed to help resolutions. This group challenge will meet twice a week. During the 8 weeks, there will weekly weigh-ins, nutritional guidance, weight and boot camp training, and motivational, team building support!

"Girls Club" Group Training with Rhonda Goldman

Girls Club Fitness is an 8 week group training program that is under the direction of certified personal trainer, Rhonda Goldman. Members that Inspire Us


Henry and Michelle Ellsworth have been members of Bristol Total Fitness since January 2011. They both take part in many of our events, along with volunteering and running in Total Fitness 5k's. Henry and Michelle also participate in many of the bootcamps we offer. Thank you both for being an inspiration to us and all our members. We appreciate everything that you have done with and for us. Congratulations, to you both on being January's members of the month.
 
Jen has been a member of Swansea Total Fitness since September of 2012. She has made many changes and improvements since joining. When asked what motivated her, this was her response: “After graduating college and spending many hours in a desk studying, I was ready to get back into shape. Rhonda has helped me get on track, develop health eating habits, a solid workout plan, and achieve my goals. She has adopted my regiment to fit my needs and busy work schedule. Rhonda has been there as an educator, leader, motivator, and a friend." Awesome job, Jen! Keep inspiring us!
 

It has been 1 year since Aaron Emond joined Seekonk Total Fitness and we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate than to make him Member of the Month! Aaron has made fitness and health not only his lifestyle, but he is in the Personal Training program at MTTI. He was in the Navy for 4 years and has a deep appreciation for being able to live in such a great country where he can live freely and invest time into learning about his passion. Aaron trains with Walter Medeiros and considers him a mentor in his journey to build strength and size. You might find Aaron stretching in the Blue Room with the foam roller after a tough leg day so say Congrats!

 
Brothers, Eric and Jeff Amaral have been Members of Dartmouth Total Fitness for about 3 years. Their cousin Jay Moniz is a true veteran of the facility has been here since 2008! We admire the group’s constant attention to their health and fitness. Eric did not want to be Member of the Month alone, because "without them I wouldn't be here." A true workout buddy is hard to find. We would like to celebrate their group for finding a great dynamic that keeps them coming back. Thank you Eric, Jeff, and Jay for being such great example!
