Total Fitness Coat Drive

Total Fitness Clubs are teaming up with One Warm Coat in the month of January to help our local families in need. There will be a bin at each club where you can place your gently used or new coats. Join us to help our community stay warm during the winter months by “Warming Communities… One Warm Coat at a Time”.

Pedal To End Cancer

Pedal to End Cancer, formerly Spin for Hope, is a three hour SPINNING event taking place simultaneously at participating health clubs around New England. 100% of the contributions go directly to the American Cancer Society!

This is really just a giant Spin Party for a great cause! With over 80 participants last year, Total Fitness raised over $33,000 for the ACS through this event!

Total Fitness Weight Loss Challenge

Weight Loss Challenge participants will undertake a 10-week long program that will combine personalized one on one sessions and specific dietary guidelines for each individual as well as a weekly boot camp.  Teams will work together to compete with teams from other gyms and trainers to lose as much weight safely as a team as well as to allow for the greatest amount of success to keep the weight off. Weekly weigh-ins will be conducted at each gym and stats will be posted ranking weight loss in pounds and by percentage. Fat Loss Fit Camp with Dave Parker

Join Dave for this 8-week program that will help you gain strength and lose body fat. Group training circuit workouts will include a variety of equipment such as: free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls and more. Personal nutritional coaching with weigh-ins and body fat testing at the beginning and end to measure strength as well as endurance gains. Dave will encourage you to push yourself! Know it won't be easy, but it will be worth it. (min. 3 max. 10 participants)

Body Blast with Mike Bove

Join Mike for this 8-week program to increase strength and weight loss, while boosting your confidence and self-esteem. The workouts will include: high and low intensity interval training with short rest periods. Participants will be using kettlebells, bands and body weight for resistance. Weigh-ins and body fat will be taken at the beginning and the end of the program. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Sugar Shakedown with Adriana Ferns

End the vicious circle of yo-yo diets and unhealthy patterns! For 12 weeks this program will help clean out the sugar from your body and help stop those carb cravings as well as craving those sweets. Meal plans; a grocery list, workouts and weekly weigh-ins/body fat measurements will be given throughout the program. With the support from Adriana and fellow participants, you will work and learn how to eat, live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Mix It Up with Dawn Casella

Break out of the monotony of the circuit by using TRX, cable weights, free weights, gliders and bands. Dawn will motivate, keep you focused and accountable. The support and camaraderie from participants will keep you on track toward your fitness goals. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Bove's Bench Press Only with Mike Bove

Are you looking to take your bench press to the next level? If the answer is yes, this 6-week program, meeting twice a week is for you. Mike's program will increase strength, improve your form, and help prevent injury. Each participant will have before and after measurements taken along with offering nutritional advisement. Tuff Conditioning with Adriana Ferns

This 8-week program is designed to prepare participants for obstacle races. Adriana's workouts will consist of running with body weight exercises including plyometrics, agility and basic strength. Do you enjoy intense workouts, the camaraderie of group training or are you trying to get off a plateau? This is the workout for you! All ages and fitness levels welcome. TRX Suspension Training with Adriana Ferns

Break out from your old routine and join Adriana for this 8-week program. TRX is a form of suspension training used to perform total body workouts with exercises that engage your core, while using your own bodyweight for resistance. Total Fitness for Women with Stacia Abdow

Total Fitness for Women is an 8-week group-training program under the supervision of our certified personal trainer, Stacia Abdow. The program is for women of all fitness levels who have a desire to be the best they can possibly be. Learn how to make your workouts more effective with workouts tailored to your needs and goals. Accountability and support from your trainer and group will help you reach your goals. Members that Inspire Us


Rich Martinez Jr. joined Bristol Total Fitness in July 2012. He attends the gym least 3 times a week. Rich’s favorite class is Adriana’s Lunch Crunch. His personal fitness tip is “It’s not anyone’s body, opinion or hard work that’ll get you through it. It’s yours! Own It!”  Since joining Rich has lost 54 lbs., dropped his BMI 5%, and is further away from diabetes and closer to running a 13-minute mile. When asked what helped through his journey, he said, “It is the support the BTF staff. They are awesome! I couldn’t be more comfortable when I come in to workout. Everyone is full of positive vibes” Way to go Rich! Your hard work and dedication is showing, don’t stop now!


Joe Bullock has been a member of Swansea Total Fitness since 2008. In 2009, he completed a Weight Loss Challenge improving his health and fitness. Shortly after, Joe had several setbacks with health issues and the weight started creeping up again. He has been training with Greg Annarummo for over a year now and his fitness level has increased. Joe says, “Under the watchful eye of the Total Fitness staff I have been able to manage my health issues and increase my fitness activity. The support of my family, especially his wife Michelle has had a major impact on my success!” Great job Joe! Keep up the good work!


Tricia Eline joined Seekonk Total Fitness in April 2015. Since joining she has lost 35lbs! She stays consistent by taking motivating classes like Spinning and her favorite, Group Power! Tricia says that the inviting atmosphere and the SKTF staff makes her eager to get to the gym. She loves all things Irish and has visited the country eight times! She is looking forward to feeling fabulous in a small sized dress in her nieces wedding this month. Your hard work does not go unnoticed, you look amazing and we love to see you smile in class!


Karen Enroth has been a member at Dartmouth Total Fitness since 2013. She attends the gym three to four times a week. Karen enjoys group fitness classes; her favorites are Spinning and Group Power. She has always exercised throughout her life, but loves the convenience of the gym. Karen's fitness tip is "when you don't feel like working out is when you should go the most, because it will relieve stress and make you feel great after." Exercise keeps Karen focused and gives her a positive outlook on life. The gym is very clean and the staff at Dartmouth Total Fitness is great, upbeat, and friendly.
