Club Wide Coat Drive

Total Fitness Clubs are teaming up with One Warm Coat in the month of January to help our local families in need. There will be a bin at each club where you can place your gently used or new coats. Join us to help our community stay warm during the winter months by “Warming Communities… One Warm Coat at a Time”. All coats will be donated to Gifts to Give in Acushnet, Ma. 

As a Thank You - Every person who donates coats will receive a Gift Card for a Free Protein Shake. Open to the general public.

Sugar Shakedown with Adriana Ferns

End the vicious circle of yo-yo diets and unhealthy patterns! For 6 weeks this program will help clean out the sugar from your body and help stop those carb cravings as well as craving those sweets. Winter Dash Training with Adriana Ferns

Whether you want to run obstacle course races or just have a body that looks like you do, this training is for you! During this 6-week group training, Adriana will train you to move your body through the outdoor terrain. Run, leap, push, pull and crawl your way through obstacles, as you prepare for the BoldrDash 5k on March 18th (optional). Meal plans will be provided if needed and bi-weekly weigh-ins will be provided upon request. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Total Fitness for Women is an 8-week group-training program under the supervision of our certified personal trainer, Stacia Abdow. Weight Loss Clinic with Walter Medeiros

Participants will undertake a 10-week long program that will combine personalized dietary guidelines for each individual along with a weekly group training session which will help build camaraderie amongst participants which will help you overcome many obstacles. Also included, weekly weigh-ins followed by a “group therapy” session to ultimately lose as much weight safely as well as to allow for the greatest amount of success to keep the weight off.

Members that Inspire Us


 

Joan Miller joined Bristol Total Fitness in June 2014. She attends the gym at least 3-4 times a week and trains with Dawn Casella. Joan enjoys all Pilates reformer and mat classes; she says that the group classes help her make new friends and they all encourage each other to create a motivating environment. She has lost a total of 25 pounds, continues to increase her flexibility and is reaping the health benefits that come with weight loss. Joan had shoulder surgery in 2012 and says that Dawn has been a great motivator in her recovery. Her health and fitness tip, “Don’t give up! Always push yourself." We couldn't agree more! Marcy Cowell joined Swansea Total Fitness in January 2017. In the year that she has been a member, Marcy has already completed two major goals: Running her first 5K at the Swansea Total Fitness Thanksgiving Race and can deadlift 135lbs! Training with Tony Quintanilha twice a week has given Marcy the confidence to achieve these goals and to keep striving for more! She says that training with Tony is fun because he has a great personality, keeps workouts exciting, motivating and challenging. Marcy always has a smile on her face when she’s working out and we are so proud of your accomplishments so far! Congratulations!
 

Lizandra Costa joined Seekonk Total Fitness in July 2015. She has always been into fitness, in her younger years, she took dance classes to stay fit. Like many of us, after having her children, Lizandra got busy with life and gained 50 pounds. The consistency in coming almost every day, taking spin classes and training with Laurie Roderick led her to lose almost all the weight she gained along with the feeling of having her clothes fit better is motivation for her to keep going. When Lizandra is not in the gym, she enjoys reading, watching her favorite shows, and baking. Keep up the great work! Congratulations!

 

Aubrey Silva joined Dartmouth Total Fitness in June of 2016. Her favorite days of the week are Tuesdays when she gets to train with James in his Total Body Fitness group training, as well as Thursdays when she participates in his boot camp class! Aubrey adds, “When I’m not training in class, I love going to the gym with my favorite workout partner, Sarah Petitpas.” Aubrey has earned some major bragging rights too – Completing two Spartan Sprint Races at Fenway Park. Her advice to everyone is to “challenge yourself past your comfort zone if you want to become stronger mentally and physically.” Congratulations!
