Sugar Shakedown with Adriana Ferns

End the vicious circle of yo-yo diets and unhealthy patterns! For 12 weeks this program will help clean out the sugar from your body and help stop those carb cravings as well as craving those sweets. Meal plans, a grocery list, workouts and weekly weigh-ins/body fat measurements will be given throughout the program. With the support from Adriana and fellow participants, you will work and learn how to eat, live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Mix It Up with Dawn Casella

Girls Gone Strong with Danielle Barboza

Looking to get started with free weights? Want to improve your form on movements you’re having trouble with? Interested in adding in accessory movements to get off that plateau? Total Fitness for Women with Stacia Abdow

Total Fitness for Women is an 8-week group-training program under the supervision of our certified personal trainer, Stacia Abdow. The program is for women of all fitness levels who have a desire to be the best they can possibly be. Learn how to make your workouts more effective with workouts tailored to your needs and goals. Accountability and support from your trainer and group will help you reach your goals. Stacia will provide each participant with written workouts to follow outside training times, nutrition guidance for pre and post workout meals, and measurements to keep your progress on track. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Rock Your Resolution with Stacia Abdow

Stacia’s weight-loss challenge is an 8-week program to keep participants accountable to their New Year's Resolutions. The workout will be designed to be high intensity interval training. Total Fitness Kids with Stacia Abdow

Schools out, the Spring sport season is over and you are looking for options, on how to keep your kids in top shape for the Fall. Personal Trainer, Stacia Abdow has the answer with her Total Fitness Kids program. This 6 week cross-training program is created to keep kids fit and healthy through the Summer months by working outside with battle ropes, agility ladders, sprint training and so much more. Be Your Bad Bold Self with Jennifer Brown

Whether you want to run obstacle course races or just have a body that looks like you do, this training is for you! During this 8-week workshop PFT Jenn Brown will train you to move your body through outdoor terrain. Run, leap, push, pull and crawl your way through nature’s obstacles outside (weather permitted), as you prepare for BoldrDash on Saturday October 3rd, 2015, (optional). (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Athletic Training with Grant Hajder

This summer get ready to develop your inner athlete with Grant’s 6-week program. Work on your speed, agility, and quickness, with sports-specific training. Summer Maintain, Don't Gain with Sue Adams

"Maintain, Don't Gain" this 8-week program designed to help people stay on track and focused through the Summer months. Members that Inspire Us

Arthur Lawrence has been a member of Bristol Total Fitness since December 2009! After losing 45 lbs. on his own, he decided to join a gym to maintain and overall be healthy and fit. When he was asked what he liked about BTF he said, “the main thing is the staff, they are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly”. If you don’t see him talking to the staff, other members or on the rower, you can find him at home. He is either in his woodworking shop or spending time with his wife and pet macaw, of 22 years, Simbad. Way to go Arthur and congratulations!


Tim Tobin has been a member of Swansea Total Fitness since 2014. He was inspired to make changes in his life when he stepped on the scale and it said 282 lbs. Tim started coming to the gym 6 days a week and worked on changing his eating habits. His favorite workout is bench and curls. Tim’s number one goal is to look in the mirror every day and say “I’m doing a good job!” And it shows he has lost 95 lbs. Tim has learned over and over again that “temptation will always get beaten by discipline!” Keep up the good work Tim! You are an inspiration!


Ryan Vose has been a member of Seekonk Total Fitness since November 2014. Since joining, Ryan has lost 20 lbs! He enjoys working out with friends Matt and Mark along with taking Lizzie & Chris's group exercise classes. He says, "When something feels difficult, to push yourself just say, That Was Easy!" Outside of the gym, you can find Ryan playing golf, working as a police officer, or running with his dog Maggie. He is currently training to run the Spartan Race at the end of July. Great job Ryan; keep up all your hard work! You can do it!


David Oikarinen has been a member of Dartmouth Total Fitness since 2010. He attends the gym about four times a week & trains every day. His push/pull days are his favorite because it’s both challenging & rewarding. Besides training in the gym, David trains for 5k’s in the area & recently earned a red belt in Krav Maga. “Once we recognize our individual barriers, our potential is limitless. This keeps me striving to get better everyday.” Dave thinks the staff at total fitness is exceptional. “They genuinely care about their member's fitness goals" Congratulations, Dave!
