Fat Loss Fit Camp with Dave Parker

Join Dave for this 8-week program that will help you gain strength and lose body fat. Group training circuit workouts will include a variety of equipment such as: free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls and more. Personal nutritional coaching with weigh-ins and body fat testing at the beginning and end to measure strength as well as endurance gains. Dave will encourage you to push yourself! Summer Sizzle at Colt State Park with Adriana Ferns

This 8-week program, with certified personal trainer Adriana Ferns, is an outdoor total body workout with everything from running, plyometrics, to partner and equipment exercises. Total Fitness for Women with Stacia Abdow

Total Fitness for Women is an 8-week group-training program under the supervision of our certified personal trainer, Stacia Abdow. The program is for women of all fitness levels who have a desire to be the best they can possibly be. Learn how to make your workouts more effective with workouts tailored to your needs and goals. Accountability and support from your trainer and group will help you reach your goals. Schools out, the Spring sport season is over and you are looking for options, on how to keep your kids in top shape for the Fall. This 6 week cross-training program is created to keep kids fit and healthy through the Summer months by working outside with battle ropes, agility ladders, sprint training and so much more. Woman of Steel with Walter Medeiros

Join this 8-week progressive strength-training program for women focusing on all aspects of fitness including: cardiovascular & muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition. Weight Loss Clinic with Walter Medeiros

Participants will undertake a 8-week long program that will combine personalized dietary guidelines for each individual along with a weekly group training session which will help build camaraderie amongst participants which will help you overcome many obstacles. Also included, weekly weigh-ins followed by a “group therapy” session to ultimately lose as much weight safely as well as to allow for the greatest amount of success to keep the weight off. (min. 3 max. 12 participants)

TRX with Tammy Kappes

Looking to spice up your workout with some new moves? Join Tammy for this 8-week program that will get you the results to look your best. This is a 10-week program designed to motivate and educate you to get you into the best shape of your life. Improve your strength and cardiovascular conditioning, and look as good as ever. The focus of this program will be on losing fat, not just body weight. You will be taught how to make permanent changes in your life. Members that Inspire Us


Bobby Santos has been a member of Bristol Total Fitness since 2010 and Alex Santos since 2012. This Father - Son duo attend the gym at least 4-5 days per week. Their motto is: “Always give 110% because when you never give up, you can do anything you put your mind to.” When asked what fitness tips they would like to share, Bobby said “Going to the gym makes living life easier”. Chest day and leg day are their favorite workout days. What keeps them coming back? “The staff are all great! Always friendly & willing to help.” Congrats to you both! We think you‘re pretty great yourselves!


Jessica Solup has been a member of Swansea Total Fitness since June 2009. She attends the gym, 5-6 days a week, and works with Personal Trainer, Peter Holland. Jessica finds the positive atmosphere and energy at SWTF helps her to cope with stress, staying motivated, and to become stronger mentally and physically. Her favorite quote is “It’s not about having the time, it’s about making the time!” Jessica appreciates that the staff welcomes her with smiles and positive energy, making her feel comfortable, and exercising fun! Keep up the good work Jessica! We’re so proud of you!


John DaConceicao has been a member of Seekonk Total Fitness since January 2016. Since he started at 289lbs, he is now down to 220lbs. John's hard work and dedication are fueled by Tom's training program and nutrition guidelines. One of the best pieces of advice he can give is to limit your carbs after 6pm and eat smaller portions with more meals throughout the day. John said that he didn’t realize that being overweight was a big part of his asthma. Now, he rarely uses any medication and has no problem keeping up with his 7 year old. With Tom’s help, John will reach his goal weight this year. Keep it up!


Steve Ferreira has been a member of Dartmouth Total Fitness since 2010. He attends the gym about five times per week. Steve enjoys his complete workout which includes weights, machines, and the full body circuit. Working out helps him mentally and physically and is an essential part of his life. Steve's fitness tip is, “Eat healthy, stay active, and drink lots of water.” “The gym is good and the staff and members are amazing.” Thank you and Congratulations Steve!
