Summer Sizzler at Colt State Park with Adriana Ferns

This 8-week program, with certified personal trainer Adriana Ferns, is an outdoor total body workout with everything from running, plyometrics, to partner and equipment exercises. In just an hour you can really take your fitness to the next level. Take advantage of the weather and start the day off right. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Fit Club with Dave Parker

Join Dave for this 8-week program that will help you gain strength and endurance. Group training high intensity and conditioning workouts will include a variety of equipment such as ropes, kettlebells, sleds and more. Fitness gains will be measured by comparing weights and times from previous workouts. Dave will encourage you to push yourself! Know it won't be easy, but it will be worth it. (min. 3 max. 10 participants)

N-Spire Fit with Julie Fostin

Are you in need of some fitness N-Spiration? Join Julie for this 6-week group training that will motivate you to achieve your health and wellness goals. Total Fitness for Women is an 8-week group-training program under the supervision of our certified personal trainer, Stacia Abdow. The program is for women of all fitness levels who have a desire to be the best they can possibly be. Learn how to make your workouts more effective with workouts tailored to your needs and goals. Accountability and support from your trainer and group will help you reach your goals. Woman of Steel with Walter Medeiros

Join this 8-week progressive strength-training program for women focusing on all aspects of fitness including cardiovascular & muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition. Participants will enjoy the camaraderie of working with a group in a fun and encouraging atmosphere to achieve results. Workouts will consist of weight, balance and flexibility training with cardio intervals to focus on core strength. All fitness levels welcome. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Classes are based on fitness level, participants must contact Walter prior to the program at waltermedeiros@totalfitnessclubs.com. Group Training can be prorated so you can jump in at any time where this is availability.

Weight Loss Clinic with Walter Medeiros

Participants will undertake a 10-week long program that will combine personalized dietary guidelines for each individual along with a weekly group training session which will help build camaraderie amongst participants which will help you overcome many obstacles. Also included, weekly weigh-ins followed by a “group therapy” session to ultimately lose as much weight safely as well as to allow for the greatest amount of success to keep the weight off.

Classes are based on fitness level, participants must contact Walter prior to the program at waltermedeiros@totalfitnessclubs.com. Space is limited, participants must sign up 1 week in advance and pay for 1/2 of the program to reserve a spot. (Friday - min. 3 max. 6 participants) (Saturday - min. 3 max. 8 participants)

This 8-week results driven strength training program for men focuses on total body fitness. Join Tammy for this 6-week group training that will focus on functional and traditional training for you to reach optimal health and wellness. Spinning for Teens with Lizzie Newton

This 6-week Spin group training will help bring teens to the next level or just stay active during the summer. Whether you are an athlete or want to start working out, this program will increase your cardio while having fun. A nutrition guide will be included with information about what to eat before and after workouts as well as some At-Home workouts to supplement your new cardio routine!

Members that Inspire Us


 

Jason Caetano has been a member of Bristol Total Fitness since November 2016. His favorite exercise is weightlifting, which is extremely beneficial to his job with the Bristol Fire Department. To get started in the gym Jason trained with William Lemieux, since then he has branched out on his own and lost over 50 lbs. He attributes his success to his healthy diet and exercise. Jason would like to thank the staff of BTF for their support, he knows we will always be there for him. He would also like to give William a special shout-out for helping him start on his goal and weight loss. Keep up the Good Work Paco!!

 

Karen Campos joined Swansea Total Fitness in October 2014. She works out at least five days a week, the “Spin Queen” of Total Fitness sometimes takes two Spin classes a day. Karen has Thyroid disease, but going to the gym on a regular basis, has helped her to maintain her weight. Her fitness goal is to stay focused and positive. Karen would like to thank the Spin instructors at Total Fitness – Joni, Tammy, Leslie, Laura, Libby, Peggy, Lizzie, and Ruth. "You guys Rock! They all have different styles of riding, but the same goal, to push and motivate the class. They have inspired me to work harder in class Congratulations Karen! See you in Spin!

 

Madeline Toste joined Seekonk Total Fitness in April 2014. She has been fit and active for most of her life. In 2014, at 51, Madeline was diagnosed with breast cancer. There was no more time for the gym, her time was spent in doctor’s offices, recuperating from biopsies or chemo which led to a bi-lateral mastectomy. In the years following Madeline's cancer treatment, she was exhausted, 25lbs heavier and no longer had the energy she had prior to cancer. In January 2017, Madeline decided enough was enough. One year since working with Walter, she’s back to her pre-cancer weight. Madeline is now focused on becoming healthy, active, and fit. Congrats!

 

Julie Milhoua joined Dartmouth Total Fitness in July 2013. Julie F.'s N Spire Fit, Spinning and James’ Boot Camp are some of the group exercise classes Julie enjoys. With Personal Trainer, Julie Fostin’s, support and encouragement, she has completed two half marathons and recovered from two major knee surgeries! One of the fitness tips she’d like to share is, “Consistency is key.” Julie also attributes some of her success to her gym family. “This place is like a second home to me. Between some of the staff and members, I’ve found some amazing friends. It helps me to stay committed to being healthy!” Thank you and Congratulations, Julie!
