Adriana's Save The Bay Benefit Class

Join Adriana at Bristol Total Fitness for her Save The Bay benefit class. This class will include 30 minutes of Spin and 30 minutes of Boot Camp drills. FREE Early Bird Boot Camp at Independence Park

Bristol Total Fitness and Bristol Parks and Recreation are teaming up to create a healthier community. Join Adriana for this free boot camp, open to the public. Bring your friends and family! This is a great way to start your Saturday!

Bodacious Bodies with Dawn Casella

This 8 week group training workshop will take you through a progressive workout that teaches you exercises that will hit all the spots that we ladies want to focus on. Dawn Casella will show you exercises to help lift, shape and tone your body like you never have before. This program will focus on exercises that sculpt arms, defines legs, back, tighten abs, lift your butt and chest. Sorry fellas this workshop is ladies only.

Total Fitness for Women with Erin Ward 

Total Fitness for Women is an 8-week group training program under the supervision of our certified personal trainer, Erin Ward. The program is for women of all fitness levels who have a desire to be the best they can possibly be. Learn how to make your workouts more effective with workouts tailored to your needs and goals. Accountability and support from you trainer and group will help you reach your goals. Erin will provide each participant with written workouts to follow outside training times, nutrition guidance for pre and post workout meals, and biweekly weigh ins and measurements to keep your progress on track.

Fitness Revival with Dawn CasellaFitness Revival with Dawn Casella

Are you sick of going through the circuit #1-10 every week? Do you want to do more but think group classes will be too much for you? Do you enjoy working out with others of the same fitness level as you? Have you been away for a while and need a jump start? Fitness Revival is designed to step up your workout by incorporating basic strength training and cardiovascular training. Nutrition and proper stretching technique will also be incorporated into the 6 week training program. This class will guide you through the steps to get to the next level of fitness. Group training is designed as a more affordable way to get the training you need to progress your workout safely.

Summer Sizzle at Colt State Park with Adriana Ferns

This 8 week program, with certified personal trainer Adriana Ferns, is an outdoor total body workout with everything from running, plyometrics, to partner and equipment exercises. In just an hour you can really take your fitness to the next level. Take advantage of the weather and start the day off right.

Total Fitness for Women Outdoors with Erin Ward

It's time to take working out to the outdoors. Everything you would do with Erin for Total Fitness for Women Group Training now will be outside plus track work, obstacles and whatever else Erin might have up her sleeve.

FREE Introduction to the Pilates Reformer Demo with Dawn Casella

It's National Pilates Day and in celebration we are offering a free Introduction to the Pilates Reformer. Do you suffer from back pain, tight muscles, poor posture, or weak abdominal muscles? Pilates has been proven to improve all of these conditions. This free demo will familiarize you with the Pilates equipment and help you feel the many benefits Pilates offers.

The Stretch Workshop with Dawn Casella

This 6 week workshop with Dawn will improve your flexibility, relax the mind and help prevent against injuries. She will start with a warm-up by moving through a full range of motion with dynamic stretches, followed with long static stretches which focuses on the whole body to relax tired achy muscles. Finally let everything settle in with a relaxing guided meditation to clear the mind and get you ready for the week ahead.

Back to Basics Strengthening the Posterior Chain with Erin Ward

Based on the principles of Foundation Training, this 4 week beginner class meeting twice a week will focus on the muscles that were meant to "take the load". In the process, you will strengthen and stretch the muscles of the spine for a stronger back, more flexible spine and improved posture.

Golf Fitness Evaluation and Training with Jodi Garie

Jodi Garie, a Titleist Certified Fitness Instructor, will perform a 90 Minute personalized golf fitness evaluation and design training programs. This is for individuals who are ready to transform their body while improving golf game performance and overall conditioning. Whatever your physical activity concerns are, Jodi's goal is to improve your current fitness level by creating a regimen of simple drills and exercises for you!

Sue Adams at Swansea Total Fitness is excited to get you beach body ready. Members that Inspire Us


Andrea Chase has been a Bristol Total Fitness member since September of 2012. She started shortly after a knee injury to strengthen and rehab. Starting off with classes, such as Tread & Shed, Cardio Chisel and Group Power, she decided to take Erin’s Total Fitness for Women workshop. Learning that she needed extra one on one time, she now trains with Erin once a week. When she’s not working out, she likes to visit with family and friends. She also enjoys spending time outside, being on her sailboat or just simply reading. Congratulations Andrea and thank you for being an inspiration to us all!!

 

Stanley Boynton has been a member of Swansea Total Fitness since 2006. At 86 years old, he still loves coming to the gym four to five times a week! Stanley gets a workout by doing cardio and using the circuit machines. What keeps him coming back to Swansea Total Fitness is the friendly staff and atmosphere. Stanley says,"The staff is always smiling and willing to help." To Stanley, Swansea Total Fitness is a fun place to be. Congratulations Stanley! Keep up all of your hard work!

 
Matt McNulty has been a member of Seekonk Total Fitness since May of 2013. You can see him at the gym at least four to five times a week working out with his partner, Mark Bairos who keeps him motivated. Matt says,"The reason I love Seekonk Total Fitness so much is because of the variety of equipment like tires, sleds and heavy dumbbells." He also likes how clean the club is and how friendly the staff is. Since June Matt has lost 16lbs and is still going strong. Great job Matt and keep up the great work!
 
Ryan Perry, Dartmouth Total Fitness 2014 Fitness Challenge winner, joined in August of 2013. During the course of the Challenge, he lost 68lbs! Ryan attributes his success to the accountability of the Challenge with the mandatory weigh-ins each Monday. His advice to anyone starting a routine is to plan.“I plan each week, by knowing when I am going to workout and when I am not. Meal planning is important also.” Ryan likes the “crowd” at Dartmouth Total Fitness. “Everyone is so supportive of one another.” Thank you, Ryan! We are proud to have you as our Member of the Month this May.
