Zumba Fitness Charity Event with Kerri Warner

Show off your Latin dance moves for this fun charity event to raise funds for the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life. A suggested donation of $10 to participate. All proceeds go to the American Cancer Society. Sign up at the front desk today!

Running Workshop with Erin Ward

Improve your running program through a variety of treadmill workouts to include tempo runs, intervals, hill training, and more. Balance your training with specific drills and stretches as well as core strengthening.

Sugar Shakedown with Adriana Ferns

End the vicious circle of yo-yo diets and unhealthy patterns! For 12 weeks this program will help clean out the sugar from your body and help stop those carb cravings as well as craving those sweets. Meal plans, a grocery list, workouts and weekly weigh-ins/body fat measurements will be given throughout the program. With the support from Adriana and fellow participants, you will work and learn how to eat, live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Mix It Up with Dawn Casella

Break out of the monotony of the circuit by using TRX, cable weights, free weights, gliders and bands. For 6 weeks Dawn will motivate, keep you focused and accountable. The support and comradery from participants will keep you on track toward your fitness goals. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Total Core Pilates: Jumpboard and Back Strengthening with Erin Ward

Total body warm-up and core conditioning using the reformer jumpboard. The class will provide footwork, leg toning, and stabilization work for the shoulders, spine, and pelvis, as well as cardiovascular endurance. It will also include light hand weights at times. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Pilates Mat 4 Week Class Series

Level 1: Learn the basics of Pilates mat to develop a strong foundation. Focusing on precision, strengthing the core and the 18 primary exercises of the Joseph Pilates method.

Focus: Your Back with Erin Ward

Say goodbye to back pain! This is a program offered to anyone who either experiences chronic back pain and/or is looking to strengthen the muscles that support the spine. This beginner workshop will focus on five exercises for four weeks. Participants will learn to shift the focus from the front muscles generally overused to the larger muscles of the posterior chain. This will in turn build strength, improve flexibility, correct poor movement patterns, stabilize the spine and improve posture. (Limited to 4 participants)

PreTrain Fundamentals with Dr. Camilla Moore

Ever wonder what exercises you should be doing to minimize your risk of injury? The complete exercise program contains strength, stability, and mobility training. PreTrain Fundamentals is that program. 16 classes over 8 weeks will provide step-by-step instruction on rehabilitative core exercises, followed by movement training, and finishing with a series of HIIT exercises that will leave you strong, stable, and flexible. You will leave with a better understanding of how injuries occur and a full maintenance program that you can use to complement your existing routine to minimize your risk of injury. Pure Fit with Erica Morency

This 8-week program will help build your immune system and fight inflammation. Erica will keep you guessing each week with her challenging strength and cardio circuits. Girls Gone Strong with Danielle Barboza

Looking to get started with free weights? Want to improve your form on movements you’re having trouble with? Interested in adding in accessory movements to get off that plateau? Total Fitness for Women with Stacia Abdow

Total Fitness for Women is an 8-week group-training program under the supervision of our certified personal trainer, Stacia Abdow. The program is for women of all fitness levels who have a desire to be the best they can possibly be. Learn how to make your workouts more effective with workouts tailored to your needs and goals. Accountability and support from your trainer and group will help you reach your goals. Stacia will provide each participant with written workouts to follow outside training times, nutrition guidance for pre and post workout meals, and measurements to keep your progress on track. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Rock Your Resolution with Stacia Abdow

Stacia’s weight-loss challenge is an 8-week program to keep participants accountable to their New Year's Resolutions. The workout will be designed to be high intensity interval training. Spin Yourself Thin with Sue Adams

This 8-week weight-loss program will include a 1/2 hour of weight training followed by a 1/2 hour private spin class. Each participant will receive a nutrition plan and counseling, along with weekly weigh-ins to record pounds and body fat loss. Sue will be available for any questions you may have 24/7. Let 2015 be your year to accomplish your weight-loss goals! (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Train Insane Level 1 with Lizzie Newton

This group training will take participants on an 8-week journey to accomplish their health and fitness goals. Measurements will be taken at the beginning, middle and end of this workshop to track personal progress. Participants should expect a workshop combining basic body weight training with function movements as well as intervals cardio drills. Keeping the body guessing with each workout will make every workout different while targeting all muscle groups. Working as a team with the same goal; to stay fit and get fitter will keep everyone motivated! (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Colt State Park 5K Trail Run with Jenn Brown

This 8 week program is designed to properly target the muscle groups needed for running; including stretching, strength training, attention to stride, foot strike and of course, running….yes, outside! You will build camaraderie with your teammates in addition to achieving a goal you perhaps thought was out of your reach. You can do this! Race Day is Wednesday June 24th at 6:30 PM. Some sessions will be outside trail runs. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Weight Loss Clinic with Walter Medeiros

Participants will undertake a 10-week long program that will combine personalized dietary guidelines for each individual along with a weekly group training session which will help build camaraderie amongst the participants which will help you overcome many obstacles. Also included, weekly weigh ins followed by a “group therapy” session to ultimately lose as much weight safely as well as to allow for the greatest amount of success to keep the weight off. Members that Inspire Us

Dan Lagarto joined Bristol Total Fitness in 2007. Since joining, he has lost 60lbs and 40lbs were in the past year. This has been a life-changing year for Dan. He leads a healthier lifestyle by consistently coming to the gym and eating clean. In addition to all of this, Dan and his wife have also welcomed their beautiful, first born baby girl into the world! Congratulations on all of your accomplishments Dan and the new addition to your family!


Ricky Bielawski has been a member of Swansea Total Fitness since 2012. He looks at working out as an opportunity to achieve a goal. “When you walk up to opportunity’s door, don’t knock, kick that door in and introduce yourself!” Ricky makes it a point to get to the gym 4-5 days per week. He prefers workouts that involve total body training. He feels that it helps to keep him strong, functional and athletic. His goal is “Eat, Pray, Love and Dominate!”


Geoff Stanley has been a member of Seekonk Total Fitness since November 2013. He has been on a weight lifting journey since 2012. Geoff has gained a significant amount of muscle through consistency and motivation. He trains a different body part each day and will come in on the weekends if he feels like he has some more work to do. Geoff says, he started working out to gain muscle and gain confidence. One of his goals is to finish a Tough Mudder. You can do it Geoff!


Rich Medeiros has been a member of Dartmouth Total Fitness since 2014. He attends the gym about five times per week and his favorite workout session's focus on chest, upper body, and cardio. All of Rich's hard work is paying off, he has competed in four physique shows and has placed top five in all of them, his best being 2nd place in his class. “Lifting and working out is essential for a clear mind.” Rich's fitness advice is “When training to reach a goal, diet and exercise work together. If you fall off track pick back up and keep going. Never give up!” Rich says it is a pleasure working out at DTF and that the staff is great. Thank you and congratulations Rich!
