Bristol Total Fitness - Fall Into Fitness Fun Fair

Come join us for a morning of fun and member appreciation at Bristol Total Fitness! We will be having class demos, fitness consults, kid's activities, raffles and prizes, and much more! TF's president Geoff Morin, BTF’s manger Caitlin Bezner and other staff members will willingly offer themselves up for repeated soakings in the event’s dunk tank. 100% of the money raised from selling balls to throw at the dunk tank will be donated to Bristol Good Neighbors. This event is free and open to the public, so spread the word and bring your family and friends! We hope to see you there!

Doctors Express Flu Shot Clinic

Doctors Express will be providing flu shots at the Total Fitness Dartmouth location. They take most insurance providers and if you currently do not obtain insurance the cost of the shot is $20. If you are interested please sign up at the front desk.

Mind Body Studios @ Total Fitness Clubs

Mix It Up with Dawn Casella

Break out of the monotony of the circuit by using TRX, cable weights, free weights, gliders and bands. For 6 weeks Dawn will motivate, keep you focused and accountable. The support and camaraderie from participants will keep you on track toward your fitness goals. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

TRX Suspension Training with Adriana Ferns

Break out from your old routine and join Adriana for this 8-week program. TRX is a form of suspension training used to perform total body workouts with exercises that engage your core, while using your own bodyweight for resistance. Bundle Up Bootcamp with Adriana Ferns

Sugar Shakedown with Adriana Ferns

End the vicious circle of yo-yo diets and unhealthy patterns! For 12 weeks this program will help clean out the sugar from your body and help stop those carb cravings as well as craving those sweets. Meal plans, a grocery list, workouts and weekly weigh-ins/body fat measurements will be given throughout the program. With the support from Adriana and fellow participants, you will work and learn how to eat, live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Total Fitness for Women with Stacia Abdow

Total Fitness for Women is an 8-week group-training program under the supervision of our certified personal trainer, Stacia Abdow. The program is for women of all fitness levels who have a desire to be the best they can possibly be. Learn how to make your workouts more effective with workouts tailored to your needs and goals. Accountability and support from your trainer and group will help you reach your goals. Stacia will provide each participant with written workouts to follow outside training times, nutrition guidance for pre and post workout meals, and measurements to keep your progress on track. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Rock Your Resolution with Stacia Abdow

Stacia’s weight-loss challenge is an 8-week program to keep participants accountable to their New Year's Resolutions. The workout will be designed to be high intensity interval training. X-Training Plus with James Simmons

This 8-week program is built around the strength and cardiovascular conditioning aspect to building muscle, gaining strength and burning fat. A co-ed program for anyone looking to improve his or her overall fitness and to be pushed out of their comfort zone. Workouts will include many different types of equipment like kettle bells, plyometric boxes, sandbags, rowers, battle ropes and much more. Weekly fitness and nutrition tips will be provided. Body Comp Clinic with Craig Costa

Remember that “good sore” feeling? Remember the excitement in your potential when you first began to exercise? Recapture it in Craig’s Body Comp Clinic. This is a 10-week program designed to motivate and educate you to get you into the best shape of your life. Improve your strength and cardiovascular conditioning, and look as good as ever. The focus of this program will be on losing fat, not just body weight. You will be taught how to make permanent changes in your life. Weekly group training sessions will be held, as well as individual consultations including measurements, meal plan guidance, and personalized program development and maintenance. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Intro to Free Weights with Craig Costa

Join Craig for his 8-week program to help participants feel comfortable with working out with free weights in a non-intimidating atmosphere. Members that Inspire Us

Father Rich Narciso joined Bristol Total Fitness in August 2012. In January 2015 he began to attend the gym 4-6 times a week and in July he began to train with Peter Holland. Since February of this year Father Rich has lost 48 lbs! Something he has come to realize is, “as someone who has the responsibility of responding to the needs of many people, I have come to accept and embrace the fact that I can’t effectively take care of others unless I am making sure that taking care of myself is high on my list of priorities”. His fitness tip: “with determination, discipline and self-control you can really get yourself back into it.” Congratulations Father Rich!


Kaycee Lowengrub joined Swansea Total Fitness in January of 2010. Before she left for college she was very fit. During her college years she gained 80 pounds. Kaycee decided that she wanted to lose weight before graduating next year. She signed up for Craig’s Body Comp Clinic. The weekly weigh-ins helped keep Kaycee on track. She says, “You can work out all day long, but it’s only 10%.” Diet is the most important part – she started eating clean/healthy and made progress. Kaycee thinks a support system is extremely important. “Make sure you don’t go at it alone.” Kaycee you are an inspiration! Keep up the good work! You look great!


Kendra Martel has been a member of Seekonk Total Fitness since September 2009. She is a familiar face in group classes like Group Power, Spinning, and Cross-ventional. Kendra is our member of the month because she has a positive outlook on exercise and saying that she works out for her sanity. Kendra has always been consistent when it comes to exercise, but really stepped up her game last year and looked fabulous and fit at her wedding this year! When she’s not smashing goals in the gym she is spending time with her husband and dog, Mac. Her advice to you is to “set goals and smash them!”


Wayne Corderia joined Dartmouth Total Fitness in April 2010. He attends the gym five times a week. You can find Wayne in group exercise classes, running, swimming, or biking! 20 years ago he was diagnosed with high cholesterol and decided it was time to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Wayne recently competed the WTC Half Ironman triathlon in Gilford, NH.“If you make a commitment or register for an event, that will increase your focus and motivation. Specific goals give your training purpose.” Wayne enjoys the staff at DTF and says,“they’re friendly and supportive.” Thanks Wayne, and congratulations!
