This program is geared towards the individuals who want to compete as part of a team to lose more weight than they have ever lost before. Individuals should have weight loss goals of 20 + lbs. In addition to acheiving weight loss, the overall goal of this program is to help participants establish a routine of regular gym attendance and how to eat a balanced diet. Learn More
