Fit Club with Dave Parker

Join Dave for this 8-week program that will help you gain strength and endurance. Group training high intensity and conditioning workouts will include a variety of equipment such as: ropes, kettlebells, sleds and more. Fitness gains will be measured by comparing weights and times from previous workouts. Dave will encourage you to push yourself! Know it won't be easy, but it will be worth it. (min. 3 max. 10 participants)

Foam Roller Pilates Express with Dawn Casella

Don't have time? This is the workshop for you! Just 30 minutes and you will leave feeling refreshed! Dawn will lead you on how to stabilize, strengthen, and align your body by using the foam roller with classical Pilates style exercises. TRX Suspension Training with Adriana Ferns

X-Training Plus with James Simmons

This 8-week program is built around the strength and cardiovascular conditioning aspect to building muscle, gaining strength and burning fat. A co-ed program for anyone looking to improve his or her overall fitness and to be pushed out of their comfort zone. Workouts will include many different types of equipment like kettle bells, plyometric boxes, sandbags, rowers, battle ropes and much more. Weekly fitness and nutrition tips will be provided. Weight Loss Clinic with Walter Medeiros

Participants will undertake an 8-week long program that will combine personalized dietary guidelines for each individual along with a weekly group training session which will help build camaraderie amongst participants which will help you overcome many obstacles. Also included, weekly weigh-ins followed by a “group therapy” session to ultimately lose as much weight safely as well as to allow for the greatest amount of success to keep the weight off. (min. 3 max. 12 participants)

Members that Inspire Us


 

Jen Capron has been a member of Bristol Total Fitness since March 2009. She's in the gym at least 5 times a week taking Spin, Group Power, Adriana’s boot camp and running. What Jen enjoys about the gym is the variety of classes. She says," The classes motivate me to stick to a consistent workout routine and has exposed me to things I would have never had the courage to try out before." When asked what she likes about BTF, she said “I love the community feeling. Everyone knows your name and you’re always greeted with a smile. It’s just like “Cheers” but with protein shakes!” Congratulations Jen and don’t stop moving forward!

 

Dave Nasiff has been a member of Swansea Total Fitness since September of 2007 and JP Nasiff since June of 2016. Dave stays strong and fit by functional training like Olympic lifting along with training that requires balance and coordination. 14-year old JP enjoys a similar routine to his dad’s and feels that it will help him in his high school sports career of soccer, track and baseball. Dave’s philosophy is to “be consistent with your training and don’t be afraid to change your workouts up frequently”. He says, "SWTF is a great environment, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help." Thank you! Congratulations Dave & JP!

 

Rachel Fortin has been a member of Seekonk Total Fitness since November 2015. She started working out 10 years ago to look and feel better. Rachel became addicted to fitness and won a figure and bikini competition. Since then she's had two children, who are adorable, Nathan and Dean. Rachel is a great example of how moms can maintain a healthy lifestyle and still live life! She likes that Seekonk Total Fitness offers a comfortable environment so she can get her workout done quickly! Rachel always has a positive attitude and we admire her consistent hard work through some killer workout routines!

 

Will Jacobson has been a member of Dartmouth Total Fitness since December 2015. He enjoys James’s X-training classes on Wednesdays and Fridays. Will says, ”Between Julie’s Spinning class and James’s classes, he has lost 25 pounds in 4.5 months! “When I started out, Julie encouraged me to keep at it and James never let me quit or take it easy. He always pushes me to do a little more each time. I think all the staff at DTF are really wonderful. I have benefited greatly from the encouragement and comradery from my fellow members during group classes. Because of them I look forward to working out." Thank you and congratulations Will!
