Adriana is a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer who was certified through Penn Foster career school. She was a soccer player for nine years playing for high school, state and indoor teams. She brings this same energy and dedication to her training. She has 4 years experience in martial arts. The fitness and health field is Adriana’s passion and her goal is to help people achieve a happy and healthy lifestyle.

Donna is an AAI, RCP Personal Trainer and Respiratory Therapist. As a Respiratory Therapist, Donna is able to help you utilize the effectiveness of the cardiovascular system. Being dedicated to fitness, she has incorporated her medical knowledge, certifications in Spin, Personal Training and Fitness Instruction to allow individual training for personal growth and success for everyone!

Dave is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. He holds a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and has been working with people of all ages and abilities for years to reach their fitness goals. Dave has over 10 years of experience in the fitness club industry and he is also our Brazilian jiu-jitsu instructor with experience in several martial arts. |

Erin is a PMA Certified Instructor. A Bristol native, Erin also lived in Florida where she owned and operated a personal training business which specialized in fitness for women. Erin's 12 years of teaching experience also includes yoga, aerobics, muscle conditioning, stability ball, and senior fitness.

Kevin Fusi: Master Trainer, General Manager
Kevin holds a B.S. in Kinesiology and is A.C.S.M. certified. Kevin has been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years. He has served many roles within the industry including personal training, group exercise, and management. He really enjoys working with people who challenge themselves and are goal-oriented. He enjoys training for and competing in triathlons, and tries to play golf whenever his schedule permits.

Eric is A.A.P.T certified. He was a high school and collegiate athlete; he played colligate ball for the UMass Dartmouth where he was named captain during his senior year. His 10 years of coaching sports has enabled him to follow his true passion, training and instilling others with his passion for physical fitness. Eric has the innate ability to educate and motivate his audience to constantly perform at a high level.

Paul is certified through ISSA as a Fitness Trainer, Youth Fitness Trainer, and Specialist for the Physically Limited. He is also a 3rd degree Master Reiki Practitioner and teacher. He has over 23 years experience working with those who have muscular injuries. He teaches massage therapy at the Salter School and is also available for private massage therapy sessions.

A Swansea native, Anne Marie us N.A.B.F. certified and has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. She competed in a bodybuilding event at the age of 43! “It was one of the toughest things I’ve ever done” says Anne Marie, “But I proved to myself that you can do anything you want if you want it bad enough”. She specializes in nutrition counseling, strength training, and muscle conditioning.

Sue Cordeiro: Certified Personal Trainer
Sue is N.S.C.A certified and has been involved in fitness for 20+ years. In 2008 she went through a trying time as her ski trip was cut short by an accident that had her leaving the slopes on a stretcher. Sue’s great physical shape allowed her to be back cycling after emergency hip surgery and a three month rehabilitation stint. Sue has trained clients of all ages and fitness levels including those rehabbing from surgery.
