This 10-week weight loss program is geared towards individuals who want to compete as part of a team to lose more weight than they have ever lost before. Individuals should have weight loss goals of 20 + lbs.

Before and After Weight Loss Challenge 

 

 

Individual Support... The "You Choose To Lose" Weight Loss Challenge Team Coaches are focused on helping participants establish a routine of regular gym attendance, a balanced diet with a wide range of exercise activities AND to arm the challenge members with the knowledge and motivation to attack their weight loss goals.

 

Team Support & Accountability... Participants are not only accountable to themselves and their trainer but to their teammates.  The team with the highest average weight loss wins the challenge plaque which will be announced at the end of the challenge and show cased at the team’s host gym.  It is the team support and accountability that drives people to stay committed beyond their own will power.

 

 

 

 

Program Includes: 

  • 10, 1-Hour Personal Training Sessions
  • 10 Group Exercise Class
  • 3 Team Challenges: Team Boot Camp Class and two - 5k Walk/Run for Charities
  • 2 Nutrition Classes with a Registered Dietitian
  • Prizes! The top three individualswith the highest weight loss percentage will win... 1st place: 1-yr gym membership, 2nd place: 6-month gym membership, 3rd place 3-month gym membership
