Free Early Bird Boot Camp

Bristol Total Fitness and Bristol Parks and Recreation are teaming up to create a healthier community. Join Adriana Ferns @ 6:30am at Independence Park in Bristol on Saturday mornings for this free boot camp. Only 3 more weeks! Running now through August 17th. Bring your family and friends!

 

NEW Programming!! 

Group Power is officially at Dartmouth Total Fitness! Join Laura, Mike, Cat, Wendy & Tammy for your Hour of Power -- Blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! Power Up!

Fitness Revival with Dawn CasellaFitness Revival with Dawn Casella

Are you sick of going through the circuit #1-10 every week? Do you want to do more but think group classes will be too much for you? Do you enjoy working out with others of the same fitness level as you? Have you been away for a while and need a jump start? Fitness Revival is designed to step up your workout by incorporating basic strength training and cardiovascular training. Nutrition and proper stretching technique will also be incorporated into the 6 week training program. This class will guide you through the steps to get to the next level of fitness. Group training is designed as a more affordable way to get the training you need to progress your workout safely.

Time:  
Thursdays @ 6:30-7:30pm August 15th - September 19th

Cost:  $100

Pilates Slim & Sculpt with Dawn Casella

Looking to Slim & Sculpt that body? In this 6 week workshop Dawn will provide you with nutrition handouts and food list on the very 1st day. Each week you will weigh in and log your diets so Dawn can review them outside of class. Whether you're looking to drop a few pounds or just get that Pilates body look, Dawn will give you the tools to build a long lean Pilates body!

Time: 
Fridays @ 6:00-7:00am August 16th - September 20th

Cost: $100 for Total Fitness Member, $115 for Non-Member

Pilates Revival with Dawn Casella

This six-week workshop is for those who want to either get back into Pilates or hone their Pilates practice. Basic Pilates principals will be used to strengthen muscles, improve balance and increase overall health & wellness. This workshop is perfect for clients rehabilitating injuries or the client who wants to ease into a workout program. 


Time:
Wednesdays @ 11:00-12:00pm  August 28th – October 2nd

Member of the Month Bristol Total Fitness 2013

Dean Eliason has been a member of Bristol Total Fitness since June 2009. Realizing he wasn't showing much progress working on his own, and after much convincing from his wife, Pam, he decided to try personal training. Since January of 2013, Dean has been training with Adriana Ferns. Being very skeptical at first, he has seen what personal training can do. Within the last 8 months, he has lost a total of 45 pounds and has been able to come off his medication. Keep up the good work Dean and thank you for being an inspiration to all of us!!

 
Member of the Month Swansea Total Fitness 2013

Beverly Charrette began her weight loss journey in July 2012 and decided to join Swansea Total Fitness in October 2012. At first, Beverly started her journey because she wanted to look better. Now, a year later and 90 pounds lighter, Beverly continues her journey because she feels better. By eating healthier, doing cardio, and taking her favorite group exercise classes, Beverly was able to reach her goal and continue down the path to success. At 62 years old, Beverly truly is an inspiration that it is never to late to achieve what you dream. 

 
Beth Andrade has been a member of Seekonk Total Fitness since 2011. This past year she began training with Gina Silva doing TRX, weights and running. Beth lost 20lbs since starting training and she said that Gina’s nutrition advice has really helped as well. It’s evident that Beth works consistently hard in the gym and varies her routine. She lives an active lifestyle and loves to be outdoors. As a social worker, she says that her job makes her “go crazy in the gym!” Great job Beth! Thanks for being an inspiration!
 
Member of the Month Dartmouth Total Fitness 2013Dalton and Cody Silvia have been coming to Dartmouth Total Fitness since February 2013. They mainly stick to the Day Care Room, but you can see them racing around the counter to say “Bye!” to all of the Total Fitness Staff, along with Mom, Amy Silvia. The twins just celebrated their 2nd birthday. They enjoy our protein shakes (or the sips they steal from Mom). We cannot wait for these inquisitive, bright boys to grow up so they can workout with us. We aren’t holding their age against them though, and are happy to have them as August Members of the Month!
