A Rhode Island tradition, the Polar Plunge on New Year's Day has raised much-needed funds over the years to help A Wish Come True grant the wishes of children ages 3-18 who live in Rhode Island and areas of Southeastern Massachusetts. Winter Weight Training with Adriana Ferns
Join Adriana for an 8-week program that will focus on different methods of weight training. Get back on track after the holidays with this 4-week group training for all fitness levels. Workouts are designed to improve your overall health and well-being in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
