Holiday Giving Tree

This season, Total Fitness will be accepting donations from Nov 29th - Dec 24th in the form of gifts requested by children in the Dare Family Services Foster Program. If you are able, add 1 more to your shopping list and make this holiday special for a child.

Bristol Total Fitness Toy Drive

This Holiday Season Bristol Total Fitness and Evolution Nutrition are teaming up with Bristol Good Neighbors, for a toy drive to benefit our local children. We will start collecting new and unwrapped toys Nov 29th - Dec 24th. You may drop the toys off in the designated boxes in the foyer.

As a specialty on Saturday, Dec 21st, between 11am - 2pm local veterans will be helping with our toy drive. Total Fitness members and the public may donate a toy and in return have their picture taken with our heroes!


Bristol Total Fitness Blood Drive

Bristol Total Fitness is hosting a Blood Drive for the Rhode Island Blood Center. The blood center distributes blood products to hospitals in Rhode Island and Southern New England. Don't forget to bring your drivers license or another form of ID when you donate. For your generous donation, you will receive a FREE Shake.

Holiday Overhaul with Frankie Impastato

Hurricane Training with Erin Carr

Join Erin for this 8 week program where you will burn fat, build muscle, and feel great! You will receive two group sessions per week, with nutritional advice. Total Fitness for Women with Tammy Wilde

Total Fitness for Women is an 8-week group training program under the supervision of our certified personal trainer, Tammy Wilde. The program is for women of all fitness levels who have a desire to be the best they can possibly be. Learn how to make your workouts more effective with workouts tailored to your needs and goals. Accountability and support from your trainer and group will help you reach your goals. Tammy will provide each participant with written workouts to follow outside training times, nutrition guidance for pre and post workout meals, and biweekly weigh ins and measurements to keep your progress on track.

Sue's New Year, New You Weight Loss Challenge

An 8-week weight loss challenge for the new year designed to help resolutions. This group challenge will meet twice a week. During the 8 weeks, there will weekly weigh ins, nutritional guidance, weight and boot camp training, and motivational, team building support!

"Girls Club" Group Training with Rhonda Goldman

Girls Club Fitness is an 8 week group training program that is under the direction of certified personal trainer, Rhonda Goldman. This program is for women of all fitness levesl who have a desire to challenge themselves, meet new friends, have fun and get a full body workout using TRX, weights, plyometrics, and body resistance.

Members that Inspire Us

Arthur Pontes has been a member of Bristol Total Fitness since February 2007. Since training with Sue Adams, Arthur has committed himself to his workouts. You can see him here 3 times a week, for 2 hours each time! When asked what he enjoys the most about workouts he said, “I enjoy everything because I get something out of all of it”. When he’s not here, he keeps busy by doing some yard work. Congratulations Arthur!
Matt Wilkinson has been a member of Swansea Total Fitness since July of 2013. In April 2009, he suffered a spinal stroke. Due to his medical condition, Matt had to learn how to adapt to living with limited mobility in his dominate right side. Soon after he joined, Matt began working with our personal trainer, Kevin Fusi. He can feel his upper body getting stronger and see the muscle definition coming back. Matt, thank you for being an inspiration to us all and showing us what true strength means. It is an honor to call you our December Member of the Month. Keep up the great work!

Moe Messier has been a member of Seekonk Total Fitness since August 2012. After Moe lost his leg in a motorcycle accident, he decided that personal training would be the best method for him to gain strength. The 1st time Mo trained with Walter, he was in a wheel chair. Walter concentrated on upper body exercises to help him get in and out of his chair. After surgery he was able to use a cane to walk and he has been walking on his own for months! He has 2 dogs and a job with Livevantage that he loves. Thanks Moe for inspiring all of us to overcome challenges and work hard in the gym! 

Father Jack Morrison has been a member of Dartmouth Total Fitness since August of 2013, previously a Revolution Fitness member since 2010. He began Personal Training with Dave Parker right away. Father Jacks says Dave constantly challenges him, joking that he is used to the “torture” by now. He has graciously helped us organize our Fall Food Drive this year, with proceeds going to the Saint Lawrence Food Pantry. Father Jack is the Pastor of Our Lady Purgatory Church in New Bedford and has been there for 7 years. Thank you, Father Jack, we wish you a very Merry Christmas as December’s Member of the Month!
