Fitness Revival with Dawn CasellaFitness Revival with Dawn Casella

Are you sick of going through the circuit #1-10 every week? Do you want to do more but think group classes will be too much for you? Do you enjoy working out with others of the same fitness level as you? Have you been away for a while and need a jump start? Fitness Revival is designed to step up your workout by incorporating basic strength training and cardiovascular training. Nutrition and proper stretching technique will also be incorporated into the 6 week training program. This class will guide you through the steps to get to the next level of fitness. Group training is designed as a more affordable way to get the training you need to progress your workout safely.

TF for Women with Erin WardTotal Fitness for Women

Total Fitness for Women is an 8-week group training program under the supervision of our certified personal trainer, Erin Ward. The program is for women of all fitness levels who have a desire to be the best they can possibly be. Learn how to make your workouts more effective with workouts tailored to your needs and goals. Accountability and support from you trainer, Erin, and group will help you reach your goals. Erin will provide each participant with written workouts to follow outside training times, nutrition guidance for pre and post workout meals, and biweekly weigh ins and measurements to keep your progress on track.

TFC 1/2 Marathon Training Program with Mark Kruger1/2 Marathon Training Program

Program will include 11-week training schedule, coaching, proper stretching techniques, nutrition advice, and long runs as a group on Saturdays with one additional specialty workout starting in the third week!

Pedal to End Cancer (Formerly "Spin for Hope")

A 3-hour Spinning ride to raise funds for the American Cancer Society's fight against cancer! Open to all Total Fitness members and the public! Participants can register as individuals or form a team and take turns cycling.

Free Pilates Reformer Series at EVOLUTION Pilates

Do you suffer from back pain, tight muscles, poor posture, or weak abdominal muscles? Pilates has been proven to improve all of these conditions. We are offering a FREE 4-week series to all TFC Members* during the month of March.  This series will familiarize you with the Pilates equipment and help you feel the many benefits Pilates offers.  Register online at or just sign up at one of the Total Fitness locations!  We can only accept 6 participants, so be sure to sign up now!

For those interested in a career in Personal Training:

We are happy to introduce a new program for those interested in Personal Training at MTTI Education for Employment in Seekonk, MA. Total Fitness's, Jen Morin has worked with MTTI on the development of the program & will be the course instructor. MTTI is a technical training school that emphasizes the “hands-on” approach to learning and in this program, students will have hands-on-experience working with gym equipment right in our Seekonk Total Fitness location.

Members that Inspire Us

Member of the Month Bristol Total Fitness 2013Mary Beth Fletcher has been a member of Bristol Total Fitness since June 2006. She is a true testament to how determination can really do wonders. After a serious injury, Mary Beth was told by doctors that her mobility would be significantly and permanently limited. After training hard with Andy for 6 months, she has regained much of her range of motion and functional mobility. Mary Beth is known for the intensity of her workouts and her refusal to give up! Congrats Mary Beth!
Member of the Month Swansea Total Fitness 2013Jane Ferreira has been a member at SWTF since 2008. Before joining, Jane used to work out at home, but found that she needed more of a challenge. After joining, she began taking classes, which has kept her motivated, and allowed her to meet many new friends. Jane loves to grab a shake after a great workout. She is a dedicated grandmother and feels that exercising helps her keep up with her granddaughter. Keep up the hard work Jane!
Member of the Month Seekonk Total Fitness 2013Sharon Wollschlager has been a member of Seekonk Total Fitness since August 2012. She is active in politics and during the summer, volunteered in campaigning, which involved a lot of walking. She lost 25 lbs walking and decided to start her Total Fitness journey by joining our 6 Weeks to Wellness Program. Sharon can now be found at the gym every day! She is very active with our community programs, whether it is a food or gift drive, Sharon's sharing does not go unnoticed. Thank you Sharon for all that you do for the community and the positivity you bring to the gym!
Member of the Month Dartmouth Total Fitness 2013Paula Atkinson has been a member of Dartmouth Total Fitness since last year. She was unhappy with her weight and ready to do something about it. Paula saw Trainer Adriana Ferns with one of her clients and decided Adriana was tough enough to work with. We admire how much Paula has taken on. She does Group Exercise, noting the SPINNING classes, and even visits our other facilities. Currently she is training for her first 5K, the Saint Patrick’s Day Race, in Providence with Team Total Fitness. Her motivation to stick with it is the fun and support she has with “Adriana’s Cult”, not to mention she has lost 30 pounds! Thank you, Paula for reminding us it is work to stay fit, but can be fun too!
