Fitness Revival w/ Dawn CasellaFitness Revival with Dawn Casella

Are you sick of going through the circuit #1-10 every week? Do you want to do more but think group classes will be too much for you? Do you enjoy working out with others of the same fitness level as you? Have you been away for a while and need a jump start? Fitness Revival is designed to step up your workout by incorporating basic strength training and cardiovascular training. Nutrition and proper stretching technique will also be incorporated into the 6 week training program. This class will guide you through the steps to get to the next level of fitness. Group training is designed as a more affordable way to get the training you need to progress your workout safely.

TRX Suspension Training w/Adriana FernsTRX Suspension Training at Bristol Total Fitness

Break out from your old routine and join us for TRX Suspension Training-the bodyweight exercise that trains your body for how you move in life. Adriana will challenge you each time while keeping this program for all levels.

TF for Women w/ Erin WardTotal Fitness for Women

Total Fitness for Women is an 8-week group training program under the supervision of our certified personal trainer, Erin Ward. The program is for women of all fitness levels who have a desire to be the best they can possibly be. Learn how to make your workouts more effective with workouts tailored to your needs and goals. Accountability and support from you trainer, Erin, and group will help you reach your goals. Erin will provide each participant with written workouts to follow outside training times, nutrition guidance for pre and post workout meals, and biweekly weigh ins and measurements to keep your progress on track.

Winter "You Choose to Lose" ChallengeWinter You Choose to Lose Weight Loss Challenge

Choose to attack your weight loss goals with support, motivation, and knowledge. This 10-week weight loss challenge focuses on on helping you establish a routine of regular gym attendance, a balanced diet, and a wide range of exercise activites that you never thought you would be able to accomplish.
This program includes:
- 10 Personal Training Sessions
- 10 Group Exercise Classes
- Dietary Guidelines
- 3 team challenges - 2 Challenge Wide Boot Camps & a 5K Walk/Run Charity

TFC 1/2 Marathon Training Program with Mark Kruger1/2 Marathon Training Program

Program will include 11-week training schedule, coaching, proper stretching techniques, nutrition advice, and long runs as a group on Saturdays with one additional specialty workout starting in the third week!

Members that Inspire Us

Member of the Month Bristol Total Fitness 2013Nick Nardacci is not only the Regional Gymnastics Champion on the Parallel bars, he’s also a fantastic member at Bristol Total Fitness. He joined Total Fitness in 2010 because he wanted to see if resistance training would help him gain strength in gymnastics, and it worked! After doing an Initial Session with trainer Dawn Casella, Nick started doing research strength training online. Since then, he has been incredibly dedicated to his routine, even coming in to workout before school! Thanks for showing us that hard work pays off, Happy New Year Nick!
Member of the Month Swansea Total Fitness 2013Gary Costantino and Don Pacheco have both been members at Swansea Total Fitness for over 6 years. Once strangers, they ran into each other at church and recognized each other from the gym. They struck up a conversation, hit it off, and the rest is history! Gary and Don can always be seen doing their morning workouts together, challenging one another to always do their best. They are a perfect example of how working out with a friend helps keep you focused and motivated. Keep up the great work guys!
Member of the Month Seekonk Total Fitness 2013Jeremy Crisman, a former couch potato, has been a member of Seekonk Total Fitness since September 2011. He is in the gym at least 5 times a week showing a great amount of motivation.  His favorite thing to do at the gym is “drumsticks and wings” (legs and arms).  Jeremy says that working out feels great after a long day at work and he also feels better about eating some of his favorite foods.  He is proud to say that he has been couch potato free for a year and a half!  When asked what keeps him so motivated, he replied, “My son will soon be an active teenager, and I definitely want to be able to keep up with him!” Congratulations and keep up the great work Jeremy!
Member of the Month Dartmouth Total Fitness 2013Mark Wildermuth has been a member of Dartmouth Total Fitness for 1 year this December. He got right down to work and enlisted our Adriana Ferns as his trainer. He quit smoking years ago and was ready to take it to the next level health-wise. He has 2 daughters and his 4 grandsons that he intends to stick around for! When he isn’t working down at the Navy Base or spending time with his wife, Cynthia, Mark takes time to work for himself at Total Fitness. We love his positive attitude and his determination. His advice to those attacking fitness is to do it right. Become knowledgeable about what you need to do. Mark admitted that he needed his trainer to set him on the right track and Adriana was happy to do it. He appreciates the levels Adriana pushes him too. Thank you so much, Mark. We are proud to have you as our Member of the Month!
