Free Early Bird Boot Camp

Starting July 13th and running through August 17th Bristol Total Fitness and Bristol Parks and Recreation are teaming up to create a healthier community. Join Adriana Ferns @ 6:30am at Independence Park in Bristol on Saturday mornings for this free boot camp. Bring your family and friends!

Fitness Revival with Dawn CasellaFitness Revival with Dawn Casella

Are you sick of going through the circuit #1-10 every week? Do you want to do more but think group classes will be too much for you? Do you enjoy working out with others of the same fitness level as you? Have you been away for a while and need a jump start? Fitness Revival is designed to step up your workout by incorporating basic strength training and cardiovascular training. Nutrition and proper stretching technique will also be incorporated into the 6 week training program. This class will guide you through the steps to get to the next level of fitness. Group training is designed as a more affordable way to get the training you need to progress your workout safely.

Wednesdays @ 7:00-8:00am July 31st - September 4th
Thursdays @ 6:30-7:30pm August 15th - September 19th

Beach Body Boot Camp with Adriana Ferns 

This 6 week workshop is a combination of TRX Suspension Training and Boot Camp to get you into tip top shape for the beach body you've always dreamed of. Adriana will get you there by mixing it up each week from burpees to taking it outside to doing one-legged squats on the TRX.

Mondays @ 5:00-6:00pm July 8th - August 12th

Total Fitness for WomenTotal Fitness for Women with Erin Ward

Total Fitness for Women is an 8-week group training program under the supervision of our certified personal trainer, Erin Ward. The program is for women of all fitness levels who have a desire to be the best they can possibly be. Learn how to make your workouts more effective with workouts tailored to your needs and goals. Accountability and support from you trainer and group will help you reach your goals. Erin will provide each participant with written workouts to follow outside training times, nutrition guidance for pre and post workout meals, and biweekly weigh ins and measurements to keep your progress on track.

Mondays @ 6:30-7:30pm July 15th - September 9nd (No session Sept. 2)
Tuesdays @ 9:00-10:00am July 9th - August 27th

Teachers in Training with Adriana Ferns 

It's summer! Which means no school. If you have extra time on your hands, why not join our trainer, Adriana Ferns for a 6 week program that will keep or get you into shape. She will focus on weight training, cardio intervals and TRX. With the support of a trainer and a small group, you will reach your goals!

Erin's Beach Boot Camp 

This 8 week outdoor boot camp is designed to help you reach new fitness levels. The camp incorporates calisthenics, plyometrics, TRX Suspension Training, and free weights for 60 minutes of high intensity circuit training.

Train for the Acushnet 4.1 mile Road Race with Erin

Have you completed a 5k recently and are ready for your next running challenge? This program is designed to improve your speed and endurance. Receive a comprehensive training program, support from your coach and team, as well as nutritional advice and injury prevention guidelines!

Frankie's Power Lifting Clinic 

What are you training for? Frankie will use his CrossFit and Powerlifting background to coach and prepare you for a competition of the three main lifts: Bench Press, Squat, and Deadlift. AAU World Powerlifting Championships October 12, 2013, Rockland, MA - Take your hard work to a new level!

Matt's Strength and Conditioning Training 

Whether you're an athlete looking for sports conditioning, or just want to dial up your workout, Matt's 8 week program will improve your understanding of various techniques. All ages are welcome to learn how to increase their strength, endurance, size, and flexibility.

Frankie's Lunch Power Hour 

Want to make use of your break in the middle of the day? Frankie is using his Cross Fit background to teach you how to make your workouts more powerful and efficient. This program will run for an hour in the middle of the day best to fit participant availability.

Total Fitness for Women with Gina Silva 

Group Personal Training that utilizes all aspects of the gym. Each weekly workout will consist of 30 minutes of progressive weight training tailored to your fitness level followed by 30 minutes of cardiovascular training. Pre/post workout nutrition will also be addressed to maximize your program.

TRX Workshop with Gina Silva 

This TRX workshop will give you a complete body workout with your core engaged for the full hour. You will be taking your basic workout exercises to a new level with suspension training. A great way to change up your routine and take it to the next level.

Sue's Weight Loss Clinic 

Join Sue for this 8 week group training weight loss clinic. In each hour you meet with Sue there will be 15-20 mins of nutrition discussion and 45 mins of HIIT (high intensity interval training) cardio. There will also be weekly weigh ins to track progress.

Member of the Month Bristol Total Fitness 2013

John Orton has been a member of Bristol Total Fitness since January 2013. He has been working with trainer, Dave Parker, for 5 months 1-2 times per week & has seen tremendous results. He has gained strength & his energy level has gone up. With his dedication and hard work, John has lost 49 lbs and 9.25 inches! His favorite work out is legs and squats. When he isn't training you can see him walking his dog, around Bristol, or working in his garden. Keep up the good work John and congratulations, you are an inspiration to us all!

 
Member of the Month Swansea Total Fitness 2013

Zack St Ours has been a member of Swansea Total Fitness since September 2012. He is a student in the Sports Entertainment Management program at Johnson and Wales. A saxophonist, he started exercising in order to get in better shape for the Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, CA. He was the only local member chosen to participate in this prestigious event. He has lost almost 70 pounds doing mostly cardio and has kept it up with a desire to look even better. Great job Zack!

 
John Holahan has been a member of Seekonk Total Fitness since March 2010. He is a dedicated morning gym-goer, checking in over 150 times so far this year. He has been consistent with a weight training routine and takes 2 Spin class each week. What he likes about Seekonk Total Fitness is the “early morning crew.” Outside of the gym he’s a hard-working family man. John has 2 kids 13 and 16 and they play sports recreationally. Congratulations John, see you at 5am! 
 
Member of the Month Dartmouth Total Fitness 2013Robert Fernandes has been a member of Dartmouth Total Fitness since 2010 and hardly misses a day at the gym. Recently Bob has been extra focused at the gym and has shed over 40 pounds doing so.  On his way past the desk he would often joke about when we would make him member of the month, well Robert, Happy July.  You've earned it! Keep up the great work!
