Coming This Summer..... 

Free Early Bird Boot Camp @ Independence Park. Bristol Total Fitness and Bristol Parks and Recreation are teaming up to create a healthier community. A 6 week boot camp series with Adriana Ferns free on Saturday mornings for the locals. More details to follow!

Train to Trim with Adriana Ferns

A weight loss workshop for a life style change. An 8 week program that focuses on weight loss, strength, metabolic and endurance training. It is designed for individuals who need nutrition guidance and weekly workout routines, all with the support of a small group.

Fitness Revival with Dawn CasellaFitness Revival with Dawn Casella

Are you sick of going through the circuit #1-10 every week? Do you want to do more but think group classes will be too much for you? Do you enjoy working out with others of the same fitness level as you? Have you been away for a while and need a jump start? Fitness Revival is designed to step up your workout by incorporating basic strength training and cardiovascular training. Nutrition and proper stretching technique will also be incorporated into the 6 week training program. This class will guide you through the steps to get to the next level of fitness. Group training is designed as a more affordable way to get the training you need to progress your workout safely.

TRX Suspension Training 8 Week Workshop 

Break out from your old routine and join us for TRX Suspension Training - the bodyweight exercise that trains your body for how you move in life. Your trainer, Adriana Ferns will challenge you each time while keeping this program for all levels.

Strength and Conditioning for Athletes with Adriana Ferns 

Are you a college or high school athlete that is in their off season? Join trainer, Adriana Ferns for an 8 week program that includes agaility training, plyometrics, speed work and resistance training. Stay one step ahead of the game and be ready for next season!

Total Fitness for WomenTotal Fitness for Women with Erin Ward

Total Fitness for Women is an 8-week group training program under the supervision of our certified personal trainer, Erin Ward. The program is for women of all fitness levels who have a desire to be the best they can possibly be. Learn how to make your workouts more effective with workouts tailored to your needs and goals. Accountability and support from you trainer and group will help you reach your goals. Erin will provide each participant with written workouts to follow outside training times, nutrition guidance for pre and post workout meals, and biweekly weigh ins and measurements to keep your progress on track.

Teachers in Training with Adriana Ferns 

It's summer! Which means no school. If you have extra time on your hands, why not join our trainer, Adriana Ferns for a 6 week program that will keep or get you into shape. She will focus on weight training, cardio intervals and TRX. With the support of a trainer and a small group, you will reach your goals!

Dave's Spring Into Summer Weight Loss Challenge 

Dave's Spring into Summer 8 week program will arm you with the diet and fitness knowledge to make real progress in your exercise goals.

Shaun's Fit Camp 

Expand your training repertoire. Shaun is instructing an 8 Week program: A high intensity circuit focusing on strength, Olympic lifting and body weight exercises designed for optimal performance.. Reserve your spot! This program has a 4 Person Max per session.

Matt's Strength and Conditioning Training 

Whether you're an athlete looking for sports conditioning, or just want to dial up your workout, Matt's 8 week program will improve your understanding of various techniques. All ages are welcome to learn how to increase their strength, endurance, size, and flexibility.

Frankie's Lunch Power Hour 

Want to make use of your break in the middle of the day? Frankie is using his Cross Fit background to teach you how to make your workouts more powerful and efficient. This program will run for an hour in the middle of the day best to fit participant availability.

Kevin Levesque's Athletic Strength & Conditioning Workshop 

This 8 week workshop meets twice per week focusing on improving your speed, agility, and overall condition for athletic performance. This workshop is designed for high school and collegiate athletes, as well as anyone who would like to improve their athletic performance. Kevin is a certified Strength and Conditioning coach who will push you to a higher leve! 

Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 3-4pm June 25 - August 20th (no session July 4th)

Rhonda's Girls Club Fitness 

Girls Club Fitness is an 8 week group training program that is under the direction of certified personal trainer, Rhonda. This program is for women of all fitness levesl who have a desire to challenge themselves, meet new friends, have fun and get a full body workout using TRX, weights, plyometrics, and body resistance.

Pilates Interval Training with Erin Ward 

Interval Training has been proven to be an extremely effective way to kick your metabolism into high gear. Join Erin in this exciting new class where she will combine Interval Training with classic Pilates exercises. This promises to be a completely different and challenging 8 week workshop. Just in time for the beach!

Summer Pilates Slim & Sculpt with Dawn Casella

Looking to Slim & Sculpt that body just in time for the beach? In this 4 week workshop Dawn will provide you with nutrition handouts and food list on the very 1st day. Each week you will weigh in and log your diets so Dawn can review them outside of class. Whether you're looking to drop a few pounds or just get that Pilates body look, Dawn will give you the tools to build a long lean Pilates body!

Members that Inspire Us

Member of the Month Bristol Total Fitness 2013

Clare has been a member of Bristol Total Fitness since January 2011. Since starting Dawn’s “Fitness Revival”, last fall she has shown amazing progress. She has been able to complete exercises she, herself, never thought she could accomplish. She credits Dawn to helping her step our of her comfort zone. By eating healthier and advancing her exercise routine it has left her with the results of looking and feeling awesome. When she’s not at the gym she enjoys riding her bike and reading. Keep up the good work Clare & Congratulations!

Member of the Month Swansea Total Fitness 2013

Wendi Moniz has been a member of Swansea Total Fitness since January 2013. As a mother of five, Wendi has never put herself first. She was very intimidated by the idea of going to a gym, she quickly realized how comfortable the atmosphere is and loved the fact that everyone is so friendly. Wendi has been training with Rhonda since she joined, and says she couldn’t do it without her. She simply states, “Rhonda is awesome!” Using her son’s upcoming wedding as her motivation, Wendi has lost 24 lbs and 20 inches in 5 short months. Congratulations Wendi!


Nancy has been a member of Seekonk Total Fitness since February 2010. Nancy loves working out with her trainer Walter Medeiros. Her big motivation is to work out to improve her golf game! One of her favorite gym activities, besides training with Walter of course, is taking Gina’s Abs Express class. You can find Nancy in the gym at least three times a week. Even after a tough training session, she continues her workout by doing cardio! She is a hard worker and a great inspiration to us all! Congratulations Nancy and keep up the great work!

Member of the Month Dartmouth Total Fitness 2013Moe Gauvin first became aware of his eating and fitness habits when he was diagnosed with Diabetes in 2011.  Moe revamped his diet in order to gain control of his health.  To compliment his healthy eating, Moe decided join Dartmouth Total Fitness in July of 2012.  He currently trains with our Trainer Erin Carr who is working on his balance and stability through TRX training. To date, Moe has lost 100 lbs and has dramatically reduced his daily medication!  We applaud Moe for his dedication to improving his health and wish him continued success in reaching his goals!
