Fit Happens with Dave Parker

If you are someone that likes variety, then this is the group training for you! Join Dave for this H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) workout that will include a variety of equipment. The combination of circuit style training with metabolic conditioning will maximize your results to bring you to the next level of fitness.

Summer Slim & Sculpt with Dawn Casella

Summer is upon us and it’s time to get ready! For 6 weeks Dawn will educate you on how to sculpt and define your body with overall fitness conditioning. Bold Training with Adriana Ferns

Ready to tackle a new and exciting goal this year? This is it! This outdoor 8-week group training will prepare you for the August 2017 Bolder Dash. Adriana will simulate obstacle course challenges to test your speed and endurance. The workouts will include: running, jumping, balancing and more along with nutritional guidance. Fit Club with Dave Parker

Join Dave for this 8-week program that will help you gain strength and endurance. Total Fitness for Women with Stacia Abdow

Total Fitness for Women is an 8-week group-training program under the supervision of our certified personal trainer, Stacia Abdow. The program is for women of all fitness levels who have a desire to be the best they can possibly be. Learn how to make your workouts more effective with workouts tailored to your needs and goals. Accountability and support from your trainer and group will help you reach your goals. Stacia will provide each participant with written workouts to follow outside training times, nutrition guidance for pre and post workout meals, and measurements to keep your progress on track. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Rock Your Resolution with Stacia Abdow

Stacia’s weight-loss challenge is an 8-week program to keep participants accountable to their New Year’s Resolutions. The workout will be designed to be high intensity interval training. Woman of Steel with Walter Medeiros

Join this 8-week progressive strength-training program for women focusing on all aspects of fitness including: cardiovascular & muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition. Weight Loss Clinic with Walter Medeiros

Participants will undertake a 10-week long program that will combine personalized dietary guidelines for each individual along with a weekly group training session which will help build camaraderie amongst participants which will help you overcome many obstacles. Also included, weekly weigh-ins followed by a “group therapy” session to ultimately lose as much weight safely as well as to allow for the greatest amount of success to keep the weight off.

Classes are based on fitness level, participants must contact Walter prior to the program at waltermedeiros@totalfitnessclubs.com. Members that Inspire Us


Chloe Headrick joined Bristol Total Fitness in November 2014. She’s at the gym at least 6 days a week. Her biggest accomplishment since joining is “Being accepted at the United States Military Academy at West Point. The intense training for the physical portion of the application payed off. It’s all a mental game, once your head is in the game, you can do anything.” We couldn’t agree anymore! Chloe also wanted to thank BTF Personal Trainer, Will Lemieux. She said that without him she couldn’t have gotten to where she is, “especially the hot days on the track”. Congratulations Chloe! All your hard work and dedication is inspiration to us all!
Dan Serdynski joined Swansea Total Fitness in October of 2008. With Autism he makes sure he comes to the gym 5 days a week. Dan follows a weight lifting along with a cardio program and challenges himself each workout. His favorite workout is biceps. When Dan first started working out he was 205 pounds and has since lost 30 pounds! What he likes about working out at SWTF is that the staff and members are amazing. Inspirational quote, “When an autistic young man reaches for the goal, he puts his heart and soul to earn it.” Congratulations Dan you are an inspiration to us all!
Michelle Mozzone joined Seekonk Total Fitness in July 2016. After Christmas she decided to set a goal to lose 10 pounds. Michelle started to keep a food journal, working out with SKTF Personal Trainer, Walter Medeiros twice a week and doing cardio at home. She has lost 8 pounds and feels stronger and healthier. Seeing the results from her hard work has made Michelle even more motivated. In her free time, she enjoys teaching, painting in her studio working towards her show coming up in August along with cooking and gardening when she isn’t killing it at the gym. Way to go Michelle keep up the great work!
Margaret Prior joined Dartmouth Total Fitness in April 2014. She works out 3-4 times a week and enjoys working out one-on-one along with group training classes with trainer Stacia Abdow. All of that sure paid off for Margaret when she became the DTF 2017 Fitness Challenge 3rd place winner! “I decided to dedicate myself to weight loss and pursued it as a lifestyle change.” Margaret’s journey continues citing “success” as her fuel. “The more results I see, the harder I work!” Margaret compliments DTF friendly staff and the cleanliness of the facility and credits those factors for making it so easy to keep coming back!
