Holiday Hours


Wednesday, 11/27 - All clubs close @ 5pm (No PM Classes or Babysitting)
Thursday, 11/28 - All Clubs Open 7am-11am (No Babysitting) 
Regularly scheduled class are cancelled but check out our Thanksgiving specialty classes 
Friday, 11/29 - All clubs open at 8am (Regular Babysitting and Classes after 8am)

November Food Drive

Help support local community food pantries by making a donation. Each Total Fitness club will be hosting a food drive for the month November. Any size donation is greatly appreciated!

 

"Step, Strengthen, Stretch & Donate"

This Charity Fundraising class at Swansea Total Fitness will be open to both members and the public, free of charge. All we ask is that each participant bring a non-perishable donation to contribute to our food drive.

Sunday, 11/17 from 8am - 10:30am

8am - Step - Gina F
8:30am - Low-Impact Aerobics - Jean
9am - Cardio Chisel - Tonja
9:30am - Pilates - Jess
10am - Yoga - Marie

This will take the place of 8am Cardio Chisel and 9am Beginner Yoga that day.

Hustle and Don't Grow with Frankie

Are you short for time because of the Holiday Season? Are you worried about "winter weight"? Frankie's 8 week program with interval, strength and cardio training; you'll lose weight, gain strength, handle holiday stress and have fun!

Time: 
Saturday @ 10am - 11am, Nov 2nd - Dec 21st
Monday @ 6am - 7am, Nov 4th - Dec 23rd

Fitness Revival with Dawn Casella 

Are you sick of going through the circuit #1-10 every week? Do you want to do more but think group classes will be too much for you? Do you enjoy working out with others of the same fitness level as you? Have you been away for a while and need a jump start? Fitness Revival is designed to step up your workout by incorporating basic strength training and cardiovascular training. Nutrition and proper stretching technique will also be incorporated into the 6 week training program. This class will guide you through the steps to get to the next level of fitness. Group training is designed as a more affordable way to get the training you need to progress your workout safely.

Wednesdays @ 7am - 8am, Nov 13th - Dec 18th
Thursdays @ 6:30pm - 7:30pm, Nov 14th - Dec 19th

Pilates Reformer "FREE" Demo with Dawn Casella 

Are you interested in getting a stronger more stable core while enhancing muscle flexibility and tone? Come experience the Pilates Reformers demo day and learn how this versatile equipment can challenge anyone from the novice to the most advanced students.  If you already do mat work see how you can enhance the benefits by incorporating the Pilates equipment.

Total Fitness for Women with Erin Ward

Total Fitness for Women is an group training program under the supervision of our certified personal trainer, Erin Ward. The program is for women of all fitness levels who have a desire to be the best they can possibly be. Learn how to make your workouts more effective with workouts tailored to your needs and goals. Accountability and support from your trainer and group will help you reach your goals. Erin will provide each participant with written workouts to follow outside training times, nutrition guidance for pre and post workout meals, and biweekly weigh ins and measurements to keep your progress on track.

Tuesday @ 10am - 11am, 6 Weeks, Nov 12th - Dec 17th
Thursday @ 6:30pm - 7:30pm, 4 Weeks, Nov 21st - Dec 19th 
Saturday @ 7am - 8am, 5 Weeks, Nov 16th - Dec 21st

Holistic Health Through The Holidays with Erica Morency

Are you sick of gaining weight during the holidays? Erica is looking to help you eat for your health and get into fighting shape! This 8 week program will boost your immune system and overall health with her balanced plan. Make a healthy change with a great support system! Train hard to feel good during the cold/flu season!

Zumba Boot Camp with Dawn Cetrone

Do you like to dance? Dawn will refresh your moves with this fun way to get your workout in! This 8 week Zumba Fitness program, incorporates the best part of fusion dance moves to make exercise more enjoyable! Strength training and fun cardio! Learn new moves and change your body! All levels welcome!

Total Fitness for Women with Stacia Abdow

"FREE" Personal Training Demo Day with Tammy Wilde

Sign up for a Free 30 minute Training session with Tammy. Great for members who are stuck in a rut, need motivation or don't know how to start a new workout routine. Participants will be offered a one-time only Training Session Package at a discounted rate!

"Maintain, Don't Gain" with Sue Adams

"Maintain, Don't Gain" this 8 week program designed to help people stay on track and focused through the holiday season. This will include weekly weigh-ins, weight training, and boot camp style training to help you keep on track with your weight-loss goals through the holidays.

"Girls Club" Group Training with Rhonda Goldman

Girls Club Fitness is an 8 week group training program that is under the direction of certified personal trainer, Rhonda. This program is for women of all fitness levesl who have a desire to challenge themselves, meet new friends, have fun and get a full body workout using TRX, weights, plyometrics, and body resistance.

Members that Inspire Us


Steve and Jackie Katz have been an inspiration to all of us with their great attitudes and zest for life. Steve joined TF in 2009 and Jackie in 2011. They spin together and have participated in Pedal to End Cancer. Steve joins us at the Independence Park Boot Camps and 5k’s while Jackie takes Group Power. Thank you Steve and Jackie for being such wonderful role models and supporters of Total Fitness!
 
Donna Harrington has been a member at Swansea Total Fitness since June 2013 & she has lost 15 pounds! Donna trains with Rhonda 3 times a week & loves the results she has seen. She started training to change her sedentary lifestyle. After an ankle injury, Donna decided it was time to get into fitness. She is now dedicated to the fitness regimen Rhonda has provided for her. Donna wants to thank Rhonda for having a wide variety of work outs each week & always modifying them to her needs. Because of this, it has given Donna the motivation to continue working hard towards her fitness goals. Congratulations Donna! Great work!
 

Courtney Neves has been a Seekonk Total Fitness member since February 2012. She has made a lifestyle change by utilizing the gym & Evolution’s Nutrition Counseling. Courtney has lost 30 pounds by adding more protein to her diet with a combination of strength training & cardio. Her fitness tip is to change one habit every 2 weeks so that you don’t get overwhelmed with change. Courtney is an elementary school teacher in East Providence, she uses the gym as stress relief. She also has discovered new hobbies like hiking. Her favorite workout is her upper body days and it shows! Congrats Courtney, your success is very motivating!

 
Debi Batista has been a member of Dartmouth Total Fitness since November of 2012! She had just been cleared for exercise after her gastric sleeve surgery. She immediatley started to focus on making big strides in her health and fitness. Debi completed her first 5k last year and only considered it a jumping off point for improvement. She joined Erin Carr’s Couch to 5K Training Program last April and continued training right on through to her first ½ Marathon in September! “Erin is phenomenal. She always pushes me.” We are proud to have Members like Debi at Dartmouth Total Fitness, setting the bar high for her and us too!
