New Extended Hours

All Total Fitness Clubs: Mon - Fri 5am - 9pm, Sat 6am - 6pm, Sun 7:30am - 1pm

Holiday Hours

Columbus Day Hours: 8am - 5pm (all clubs) All morning classes will run normally beginning at 8am (all afternoon/evening classes are cancelled).

Free Boot Camp with Adriana Ferns

Bristol Total Fitness has always committed to creating a healthier community. Join Adriana for this free boot camp, open to the public. Bring your friends and family! Enjoy the fresh outdoors!

Join this Exclusive Group offered as part of your membership. You can join ALL Total Fitness Group Fitness Groups for a variety of classes with all your favorite instructors. Can't make it to the class when it is offered, no worries you can come back the page anytime to view the class and participate when it is best for you (with the exception of Group Power). Core Fit Club with Susan Gibeau

This 4-week small training will provide effective core-based workouts that will improve posture, balance, and flexibility while you build strength and tone. Modifications will be provided to accommodate various fitness levels to help you work towards your goals and build confidence. (3 min. 6 max.)

Monday @ 8:30am - 9:30am, Oct 5th - Oct 26th
Saturday @ 8:30am - 9:30am, Oct 10th - Oct 31st

Mobility, Stability & Core with Adriana Ferns

Do you have back pain? Tight/stiff joints? A weak core? This class is for you! This 6-week group training will teach movement patterns and new habits to address those nagging issues that just won't seem to go away. (3 min. 6 max.)

Tuesday @ 7am - 8am, Oct 6th - Nov 10th

Drop The COVID-19 with Adriana Ferns 

The pandemic have you feeling out of shape? Or maybe gained a few pounds (like 19)? This 8-week group training will provide a structure through exercise, meal tracking, and group camaraderie. The goal is to drop the quarantine weight along with a mental health component to begin your journey back to a healthy lifestyle. This training will provide a structured weekly workout plan as well as meal guidelines and accountability. (3 min. 6 max.)

Tuesday @ 4pm - 5pm, Oct 6th - Nov 24th

Work From Home Wring Out with Adriana Ferns

Have you been working from home and noticed new body issues? Heel, lower back, upper back, or hip pain? Or is it you’ve become glued to your chair for Zoom after Zoom meeting and the lbs keep ticking up along with your energy level is just not where it used to be? Then this 6-week group training is for you! With Adriana's guidance, she will teach you new strategies to not let this situation get the best of you with exercises, stretches, meal planning as well as how to find opportunities throughout the day to move. Sitting is the new smoking, learn skills to create a balance, and have camaraderie with others who are in the same situation. (3 min. 6 max.)
