Bristol Strong with Andrea Chase

Join Andrea for this 4-week small group training twice a week. Bristol Strong is a fast-paced program in which you will complete one exercise for a designated period of time before moving on to the next exercise. There will be eight different exercises that you will rotate through multiple times during each session for a full-body workout hitting your quads, hamstrings, calves, chest, back, triceps, biceps, shoulders, and core. Sugar Shakedown with Adriana Ferns

This 6-week group training will offer a metabolism-boosting workout with circuit intense cardio between sets of strength training exercises for muscle-building heart-pumping athletic conditioning. Exercises include lunges, jump rope, sprints, plyometric moves such as jump squats and burpees. All exercises are designed to target the total body as a whole. Working through full ranges of motion and learning to engage the upper/lower body and core structures. Intermediate and Advanced levels of fitness. Modifications will be offered when needed. Spring Into Change with Adriana Ferns

Have you been struggling with yo-yo dieting or not able to “Make Time” to workout, and just keep making excuses for not making your health a priority? This 12-week group training is for you! Adriana offers structured sessions with meal plans and recipes along with guidance with finding what workouts work for you. Training includes weekly weigh-ins and body fat composition to keep you accountable. Enjoy the camaraderie of working with like-minded participants to keep you motivated. (3 min. 6 max.)

Bristol Total Fitness Closing for State of RI 2-Week Pause

The RI Governor has mandated that all RI gyms including Bristol Total Fitness, must close for the next Two-Week Pause.

Rest assured Total Fitness Clubs will not be billing any Bristol members for their December 1st membership dues.

According to the day in which that we reopen, Total Fitness Clubs will prorate Bristol member's dues based on the balance of days remaining in December.

The Staff and Management of Bristol Total Fitness appreciate all the expressions of support as well as the offers to continue billing some members' dues.

Thank You! for your understanding and patience as we all continue to learn how to navigate through these unprecedented times and this Mandatory 2-Week Pause.
