Women’s Self Defense Seminar with Keith Allan

This two-hour seminar will educate you about the anatomy of a street attack, understanding not only the situation but the emotional roller coaster. Keith will teach and give you the confidence on how to keep yourself safe and free from harm. The goal is for you to never be a defenseless victim.

Pedal To End Cancer

Pedal to End Cancer, formerly Spin for Hope, is a three-hour SPINNING event taking place simultaneously at participating health clubs around New England. 100% of the contributions go directly to the American Cancer Society!

This is really just a giant Spin Party for a great cause! With over 80 participants last year, Total Fitness raised almost $60,000 for the ACS through this event!

Food Prep Like A Trainer with Adriana Ferns

This session will help you understand the steps of the meal prep process. Learn how to shop, prepare and store food for the week to achieve your nutrition goals. Adriana will help you get organized to prevent diet slip-ups. Stop struggling with fad diets and eat fresh!

Winter Dash Training with Adriana Ferns

Whether you want to run obstacle course races or just have a body that looks like you do, this training is for you! During this 6-week group training, Adriana will train you to move your body through the outdoor terrain. Run, leap, push, pull and crawl your way through obstacles, as you prepare for the BoldrDash 5k on March 18th (optional). Meal plans will be provided if needed and bi-weekly weigh-ins will be provided upon request. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

*Anyone participating in the Winter Dash on March 18th gets a discount when they register for the race.

Winter Meltdown with Dawn Casella

Join Dawn to learn everything you need to know about clean-eating fundamentals in this one-of-a-kind, clean eating discussion-based class that focuses on meal planning, healthy recipes, and a shopping list to get you started. Are you frustrated with starting over whenever losing weight? Sick and tired of trying to stay motivated? Do you feel like you’ll never be as fit as you want to be? Get back on track this winter with this 6-week group training for all fitness levels. Workouts are designed to improve your overall health and well-being in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Training sessions incorporate weights, TRX, bands and mat work that can be modified if needed. Participants are assisted in reaching their personal goals in a supportive team atmosphere. Total Fitness for Women with Stacia Abdow

Total Fitness for Women is an 8-week group-training program under the supervision of our certified personal trainer, Stacia Abdow. The program is for women of all fitness levels who have a desire to be the best they can possibly be. Learn how to make your workouts more effective with workouts tailored to your needs and goals. Accountability and support from your trainer and group will help you reach your goals. Stacia will provide each participant with written workouts to follow outside training times, nutrition guidance for pre and post workout meals, and measurements to keep your progress on track. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Rock Your Resolution with Stacia Abdow

Stacia’s weight-loss challenge is an 8-week program to keep participants accountable to their New Year’s Resolutions. The workout will be designed to be high-intensity interval training. N-Spire Fit with Julie Fostin

Are you in need of some fitness N-Spiration? Join Julie for this 6-week group training that will motivate you to achieve your health and wellness goals. Enjoy working out with fellow participants to push you to the next level of fitness. Woman of Steel with Walter Medeiros

Join this 8-week progressive strength-training program for women focusing on all aspects of fitness including cardiovascular & muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition. Participants will enjoy the camaraderie of working with a group in a fun and encouraging atmosphere to achieve results. Workouts will consist of weight, balance and flexibility training with cardio intervals to focus on core strength. All fitness levels welcome. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Classes are based on fitness level, participants must contact Walter prior to the program at waltermedeiros@totalfitnessclubs.com. Group Training can be prorated so you can jump in at any time where this is availability.

Body Revival – Sugar Crush with Tammy Kappes

Join Tammy for this 6-week group training that will focus on functional and traditional training for you to reach optimal health and wellness. Members that Inspire Us


Marc Mello joined Bristol Total Fitness in November 2012. He attends the gym five times per week and attributes much of his success to Personal Trainer, Dave Parker. Over the last few years, Marc has participated in several 5k races and accomplished things that beforehand he never would have been able to. Marc says, “Be consistent, disciplined, and always challenge yourself. Don’t settle for good – be great.” Marc says that Dave has played a huge role in keeping him focused and driven every training session. “Working with him is the best decision I’ve ever made. Congratulations, Marc! Keep up the good work!
Joe Silva joined Swansea Total Fitness in August 1999 and Sophia Sullivan joined in March 2013. This year he celebrated his 70th birthday by taking a Group Power class with his granddaughter, Sophia. Joe has a been a huge motivation for her to start her fitness journey. They take classes together regularly to stay motivated. Outside of the gym, Joe likes to cycle, be outside and spend time with his four grandchildren and Sophia is going to Fitchburg State University for elementary education. Joe truly is a great role model and his advice is “don’t quit”. His consistency keeps him feeling and looking great. Congrats to the dynamic duo!
Corey Russell joined Seekonk Total Fitness in February 2010. He has always been into fitness, plays tennis and loves to jog. Corey’s main goals are maintaining the weight and improving his strength. He says, “It’s a marathon, not a sprint, a little bit every day.” Living a long life with his family is what motivates him to do just that in the gym. Besides working and attending the gym regularly, Corey can be seen enjoying the day playing golf or skiing. Keep up the great work and congratulations!
Diane Souza joined Dartmouth Total Fitness in June 2014. She trains with Personal Trainer, Stacia Abdow and participates in her Fit Body Boot Camp each week. “Stacia pushes me to reach my maximum potential and I am in the best shape of my life because of her!” Diane encourages everyone to do the best they can each day and not to give up. She stays busy outside of the gym also, running 50-K’s, the NYC and Chicago marathons and many more! “I love going to the gym and having it as part of my routine- The entire staff is great and I love the classes offered as well!” Thank you for being such a dedicated member Diane, Congratulations!
