(Regular classes cancelled see below for specialty classes offered and babysitting after 8am)
Now instead of coming to our clubs to purchase memberships, people will have the opportunity to purchase memberships at their convenience from their computer, smartphones, etc. Feel free to share the link with friends and family.

Club Wide Coat Drive
Total Fitness Clubs are teaming up with The United Way in the month of January to help our local families in need. There will be a bin at each club where you can place your gently used or new coats. Join us to help our community stay warm during the winter months. All coats will be donated to local families.
As a Thank You - Every person who donates coats will receive a Gift Card for a Free Protein Shake. Open to the general public.

Pedal To End Cancer
Pedal to End Cancer, formerly Spin for Hope, is a three-hour SPINNING event taking place simultaneously at participating health clubs around New England. 100% of the contributions go directly to the American Cancer Society!
This is really just a giant Spin Party for a great cause! With over 80 participants last year, Total Fitness raised almost $66,500 for the ACS through this event!
Open to all members and the public!

Girls Club with Abby Cabral
Join Abby for this 8-week group training, designed for women who want to challenge themselves through high-intensity weight training and cardio conditioning. You will also receive nutritional guidance and weekly weigh-ins to keep you accountable. This will be a fun and supportive program that will empower and educate you. All fitness levels welcome! (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Brenda Duquette joined Swansea Total Fitness in July 2018. She dedicates 4 to 5 days a week to her workouts and enjoys working with Personal Trainer, Tony Quintanilha. "He pushes me to do better and has helped me lose 20 pounds!” Brenda encourages others to track their foods, both good and bad. "You will only cheat yourself if you don't count everything". While exercise and diet are the key components to looking your best, she reminds others that only you can change the way you look or feel about yourself.
