Pedal To End Cancer

Pedal to End Cancer, formerly Spin for Hope, is a three-hour SPINNING event taking place simultaneously at participating health clubs around New England. 100% of the contributions go directly to the American Cancer Society!

This is really just a giant Spin Party for a great cause! With 30 participants in 2022, Total Fitness raised over $10,700 for the ACS through this event!

The Phoenix offers a sober active community for those in recovery from substance use disorder, supporters of those in recovery, or anyone who chooses to live a sober lifestyle. All events are FREE! The only requirement to attend is 48 hours of sobriety. Motiv8ed 2 B FIT with Julie Fostin

This 6-week program will motivate you to be the best version of your healthiest self. Total body conditioning involves both strength and cardiovascular exercise. Workouts are designed to change each week to target all major muscle groups in various ways. We will utilize a mix of free weights, bands, medicine balls, and more. This training is suited for the beginner to a fitness fanatic. (3 min. 6 max.)

Enjoy working out with fellow participants to push you to the next level of fitness. The program will include a: fitness assessment, and weigh-in at the beginning and end of the program along with a weekly email with fit tips and recipes. Paul holds two Associate’s degrees, in Liberal Studies and Occupational Therapy. He is a certified and licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant and a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association. If you have nagging injuries, are seeking muscle recovery, or just want to unwind with a massage, book a muscle therapy session with Paul.

Have you ever wanted to learn karate? This 6-week karate workshop is for all fitness levels. Watch your self-confidence grow each week as you learn basic punching, blocking, and kicking skills. Women of Steel with Walter Medeiros

Walt’s Women of Steel group training use various exercise modalities and methodologies from HIIT, to circuit,  to conventional strength training, to impact all areas of fitness: Muscular Endurance,  Muscular Strength, Cardiovascular health, Flexibility and Body Composition. Walt is well versed with a wide assortment of fitness tools to help keep workouts intense and ever-changing.
