The goal is to drop the quarantine weight along with a mental health component to begin your journey back to a healthy lifestyle. This training will provide a structured weekly workout plan as well as meal guidelines and accountability. (3 min. 6 max.)

Walt’s Women of Steel group training use various exercise modalities and methodologies from HIIT, to circuit,  to conventional strength training, to impact all areas of fitness: Muscular Endurance,  Muscular Strength, Cardiovascular health, Flexibility and Body Composition. Walt is well versed with a wide assortment of fitness tools to help keep workouts intense and ever-changing. Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp

This 4-week outdoor group training that will be filled with fitness fun! Drills for every level of fitness to improved your strength and stamina all while enjoying the great outdoors. Julie will keep you motivated each week with a variety of workouts that will bring you to the next level of your health and fitness. This is where the change happens! Outdoors Weather Permitting  (3 min. 10 max.)
