Mayara has a college degree in Physical Therapy, specializing in Geriatrics. She has a particular fondness for working with the elderly. Health and wellness is in Kiyah’s nature. Sometimes she feels like she was born to do it and loves it. Ever since Kiyah was a child she enjoyed being physically active. She started her fitness career in high school by working in the athletic training field as well as when she was completing her college degree in Exercise Science. Kiyah worked closely under a Corrective Exercise Specialist along with other Certified Master Trainers. Her affiliation with them boosted her career as a personal trainer. Her goal is to help others live a healthy, fun, and realistic lifestyle that works for them. I want to encourage everyone to be the best they can be. Philosophy: I am a strong believer that your diet is not only what you eat. Its everything you feed your mind, body and soul. Susan Gibeau is an energetic and self-motivated fitness professional with over 40 years in the fitness industry. In addition to her experience as a Spinning and Fitness Instructor, Sue was a Co-Ed Track & Field Coach for 12 years, taught K-12 Physical Education, and worked as a Conditioning Coach. Her diverse background provides her with the tools to assist a wide range of fitness levels, physical abilities and age groups, especially active older adults and seniors. Sue will develop individualized, tailored programs for her clients to yield the greatest results. Philosophy: Exercise should be a celebration of what your body can do…get your daily dose.
Carol Ann began her career in fitness in 2013 as a Zumba instructor. She had a passion for high-intensity training, but soon she became interested in weight training. As a mom of two boys, Carol Ann understands how difficult it is to balance life and fitness, but also, how important it is. She also loves motivating people to reach their goals. Training philosophy: “Forget skinny, get fit and healthy!”
Erin certified in 1999 & Pilates certified in 2002, she believes resistance training, with a functional component, a balanced body through proper alignment, & clean eating are key components in achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Philosophy: “I believe in adapting exercises to a client’s ability and needs-exercise programs are not one-size fits all.”
James became a certified personal trainer in 2010 & D.S.W. certified 2013. Since becoming a trainer he has built a wide range of long-standing clients from children, senior citizens, Mixed Martial Arts & Brazilian jiu-jitsu champions. Philosophy: “Fitness success isn’t some secret combination of exercises or a trendy diet. Intensity and consistency are what it really boils down to”.
Tammy began her fitness career after losing over 100 lbs with diet and exercise. She became AFAA Group Fitness certified in 2011 & AFAA Personal Training certified in 2012. Tammy’s love for fitness drives her to help others accomplish their health & exercise goals. Philosophy: “I believe that strength comes from weakness and our bodies are capable of far more than what we think.”
Julie’s love for fitness gave her the drive to get Group Fitness Certified in 2004 & AFAA Personal Trainer Certified in 2009. Julie has a great passion for fitness and loves to coach her clients of all ages to build a strong foundation for a healthier lifestyle. Her Philosophy is “Through the use of motivation, accountability, consistency & the proper nutrition everyone can achieve their fitness goals.”
Adriana has been a personal trainer since 2010. Philosophy… “I am a true believer that anyone can change their lifestyle and become healthy, happy and fit if you want it bad enough. Nothing in life that is worth anything comes easy. My favorite quote: Breaks are for cars, not people!”
Andrea began her fitness career after becoming a Group Power instructor in 2016. Her love for fitness gave her the drive to become a Personal Trainer. Philosophy: “That exercise should be an enjoyable experience that caters to the needs and goals of each client. Fitness is not only a great tool for creating physical changes, but also a tool towards improved confidence, self-esteem, and outlook.”
