Susan Gibeau is an energetic and self-motivated fitness professional with over 40 years in the fitness industry. In addition to her experience as a Spinning and Fitness Instructor, Sue was a Co-Ed Track & Field Coach for 12 years, taught K-12 Physical Education, and worked as a Conditioning Coach. Her diverse background provides her with the tools to assist a wide range of fitness levels, physical abilities and age groups, especially active older adults and seniors. Sue will develop individualized, tailored programs for her clients to yield the greatest results. Philosophy: Exercise should be a celebration of what your body can do…get your daily dose.
Shawn graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2018 with his bachelors in exercise science. He has a real passion for strength and conditioning and Olympic lifting because of his history as an athlete and coach. Now, he looks forward to helping others work hard to meet their goals. Philosophy: “ Never keep blessings for yourself, share and give them to everyone around you.”
James became a certified personal trainer in 2010 & D.S.W. certified 2013. Since becoming a trainer he has built a wide range of long-standing clients from children, senior citizens, Mixed Martial Arts & Brazilian jiu-jitsu champions. Philosophy: “Fitness success isn’t some secret combination of exercises or a trendy diet. Intensity and consistency are what it really boils down to”.
Dave has been a personal trainer since 2001 working with people of all ages and abilities achieve their goals and overcome their obstacles. Dave’s interests include Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu which he has trained and competed in since 2004. Philosophy: “Do something for yourself every day that you’re proud of and that brings you one step closer to your goals.”
Tammy began her fitness career after losing over 100 lbs with diet and exercise. She became AFAA Group Fitness certified in 2011 & AFAA Personal Training certified in 2012. Tammy’s love for fitness drives her to help others accomplish their health & exercise goals. Philosophy: “I believe that strength comes from weakness and our bodies are capable of far more than what we think.”
Jodi’s 30-year career started in sports medicine/spine & rehabilitation. She ventured into corporate wellness & golf fitness. Jodi is a Master Trainer geared toward functional training, balance & flexibility. Her rehab knowledge allows her to educate clients on individual techniques & routines. Her Philosophy is “Master your core strength for it’s your center and balance of every movement”.
Dawn has been in the fitness industry since 2002, working in a club and teaching group exercise classes. Graduating in 2006 with a BS in Exercise Science, she became Power Pilates certified and Personal Training certified. Dawn’s Philosophy is “I am an advocate of eating a 100% natural diet & believe that if you eat a healthy diet & exercise everything else will fall into place.”
Walter has been a personal trainer since 2001. He brings a wealth of sport and fitness experience derived from his time as a track athlete, collegiate football player, coach, bodybuilder, an officer and fitness trainer in the Army. Walter was a perennial recipient of the Army Presidential Fitness Badge and his Philosophy is “Giving my clients not only the motivation but also the knowledge to get fit & stay fit.
