Eddie got into fitness in 2011 when he felt his life and weight was out of control while weighing 260lbs. His hard work to get in shape and demand more from himself helped him qualify for The Boston Marathon in 2014 and run it in 2015. He became a certified trainer in 2019 and is looking forward to helping other people achieve their goals as well.
Julie’s love for fitness gave her the drive to get Group Fitness Certified in 2004 & AFAA Personal Trainer Certified in 2009. Julie has a great passion for fitness and loves to coach her clients of all ages to build a strong foundation for a healthier lifestyle. Her Philosophy is “Through the use of motivation, accountability, consistency & the proper nutrition everyone can achieve their fitness goals.”
