Susan Gibeau is an energetic and self-motivated fitness professional with over 40 years in the fitness industry. In addition to her experience as a Spinning and Fitness Instructor, Sue was a Co-Ed Track & Field Coach for 12 years, taught K-12 Physical Education, and worked as a Conditioning Coach. Her diverse background provides her with the tools to assist a wide range of fitness levels, physical abilities and age groups, especially active older adults and seniors.
