Kiyah Douglas: Certified Personal Trainer

Health and wellness is in Kiyah's nature. Sometimes she feels like she was born to do it and loves it. Ever since Kiyah was a child she enjoyed being physically active. She started her fitness career in high school by working in the athletic training field as well as when she was completing her college degree in Exercise Science. Kiyah worked closely under a Corrective Exercise Specialist along with other Certified Master Trainers. Her affiliation with them boosted her career as a personal trainer. Her goal is to help others live a healthy, fun, and realistic lifestyle that works for them. I want to encourage everyone to be the best they can be. Philosophy: I am a strong believer that your diet is not only what you eat. Its everything you feed your mind, body and soul. Your life follows the way you treat yourself and what you’re surrounded by, so mind your diet! Feed it positivity and you’ll see positive outcomes.
